Anara Homes and Villas - GK II

The Staff Laxman and Santosh are very nice. But the owner/ Host (Simarjeet ) of the property is very rude and unprofessional. We stayed at this Property for more than 2 weeks . The Room had Leakage Problem, There was no Hot water in the washrooms, There was a rat in the kitchen and the kitchen smelt of a dead rat. The 2nd washroom and the bedroom had drainage smell because there is an open drainage pipe right next to the window of the second bedroom. The WiFi does not work after every 30 mins its stops working and you have to reconnect. All the Host cares about is money and does nothing about the problems the guest face. I recommend not to pay for the rooms in advance or only pay for 1-2 days in the advance if you are planning a long stay as the owner does not care about the problems the customer is facing and only gives false assurances and promises to get these problems fixed.

If u are thinking of inviting your friends over, this is not the place you wanna book, they have a strict 2 peron policy and my friends were made to leave despite shutting down the music. Additionally you will be charged 50% extra of the booking amount for late check out. Please don’t forget to take into consideration two charges of electricity usage and gst as mentioned in additional details and not in the booking amount. Overall the experience was pathetic and we ended up paying twice the amount we were expecting in addition to the embarrassment of having our friends kicked out. If I have to rate my experience out of 10 it’s a (-1) for me.

The room is neat, clean and very spacious very comfortable to stay in. The staffs are very accommodating. Excellent service and helping us with our requests makes our stay convenient. The place is near in metro and market also.
