Please don't go. They charged 4200 per night and want us to pay electricity bill on top of that. After i took the room, both AC were not cooling. He sent ac person to repair but nothing happened. Big scam. They are charging 5k per room with electricity bill and don't have working AC. You can get Eros Hotel which is 5star hotel nearby for same rate and it has room service too. This stupid useless place has no room service too. Simply scamming people 5k per night

Property is 5 out of 5 . Service is 0 ouf of 5 . Manager Simarjeet is very route even he is playing on pricing . The best words from him is get out of my property abd have not came next time . I strongly suggest not choose if he is still manage that property .

If u are thinking of inviting your friends over, this is not the place you wanna book, they have a strict 2 peron policy and my friends were made to leave despite shutting down the music. Additionally you will be charged 50% extra of the booking amount for late check out. Please don’t forget to take into consideration two charges of electricity usage and gst as mentioned in additional details and not in the booking amount. Overall the experience was pathetic and we ended up paying twice the amount we were expecting in addition to the embarrassment of having our friends kicked out. If I have to rate my experience out of 10 it’s a (-1) for me.

We have stayed in one of their two bedroom Suites of this Air B & B for two plus months earlier back in mid 2021 and in their vast bedsitter Suite for two weeks this February. The Manager Mr.Jagbir Singh and his Staff Krishna ( who unfortunately is no longer with them) and Arun and the others are warm, welcoming and responsive. The Accomodation is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen and washrooms are up to international standards. The property is well-maintained and is in a quiet corner of a good residential neighbourhood in South Delhi, overlooking a park and easy to get to and commute to and from. The Security at night makes one feel safe to order in. Quite reasonably priced, The location, the comfort and the cleanliness factor makes this a place one wants to return to time and again.

The rooms are big and spacious. The kitchen is also well equipped and were happy to receive a basket of complementary goodies. Staff was also very hepful. The room can definetly improve on Toiletry fittings which were a big letdown e.g. the hot/cold water taps and toilet seats should be improved.

The room is neat, clean and very spacious very comfortable to stay in. The staffs are very accommodating. Excellent service and helping us with our requests makes our stay convenient. The place is near in metro and market also.

Jagbir and his staff were great. The room was well maintained and the location in the city is perfect. GK is an upmarket residential area and is safe as well. I had no issues at all and i loved the experience.
