An excellent place to stay. Polite and supportive staff. Food and cafeteria is also good. I would recommend this hotel!!

Stayed here for a night . The room and bathroom was clean, front desk was good. Clean Bath linen - ✔️ Toiletries- ✔️(excl Moisturiser) Mini fridge - ✔️ Kettle and tea and coffee packs - ✔️ Was not happy with the service though , it is too slow . You ask for water and no one comes up for another 1 hr unless you remind them to give a bottle of water. The restaurant is too pricey for the food served . Was a good stay except the 2 points mentioned

Location: The area is not great. You will not get to see good shops/restaurants atleast until 3 Km.
Rooms: Good. There is cleanliness in the room and basic amenities are provided.
Hot Water: This is a problem. You will struggle to get hot water in some rooms. The geyser doesn't work properly.
Food: Average. They do not allow food from outside. There is no nearby restaurant so you will have to end up ordering here itself.

The property's location was excellent. It was conveniently situated near key attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Public transportation was accessible, and the surroundings were safe and pleasant. Whether you’re a tourist or a business traveler, the location is ideal.

The dining experience was enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. The in-house restaurant served delicious meals, though the pricing was slightly on the higher side. Room service was prompt, and the food quality was impressive. However, a bit more variety in the menu would have been appreciated.

The hotel provided excellent amenities. The gym was well-equipped, the swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and the spa services were relaxing. Free Wi-Fi was available, and the speed was decent for work and entertainment. The only minor drawback was that some amenities, like the sauna, required advance booking.

The staff was courteous, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. The food quality and room service at the hotel left much to be desired. Meals were consistently disappointing, with bland flavors, subpar ingredients, and limited options that didn’t match the promised standards. Additionally, room service was slow and unresponsive. Requests for basic amenities were either delayed or ignored, and the staff seemed indifferent to guest concerns. Cleanliness and upkeep in the rooms were also lacking, with visible signs of neglect. For a relaxing and comfortable stay, food and service are essential, but this hotel failed to meet expectations. Improvements are urgently needed to provide guests with a satisfying experience.

We stayed here after a 6-day trek hoping for a restful night, but were met with disappointment. Persistent banging from the top floor disrupted our sleep, and staff initially denied it, only to later admit they couldn’t resolve it. The next day, we requested a late checkout due to lack of sleep and discovered the TV and WIFI wasn’t working. Staff dismissed our concerns, saying we didn’t need the TV or Wi-Fi if we were resting, as these were “complimentary.” Despite multiple calls and trips to the front desk, no solution was provided—even by 3 pm the next day. When we raised these issues with the General Manager, he dismissed our complaints entirely, refused to speak with his staff who confirmed the noise and Wi-Fi issue, and claimed no other rooms were available and told us to leave. The hotel’s poor facilities were overshadowed by even worse service. If you expect basic hospitality, look elsewhere. A suggestion to trekkers to go to other hotels or dorms as you won't be paying higher prices and getting sub par facilities.

We stayed at hotel grand legacy, saharanpur road, dehradun twice in the last few days. The hotel is conveniently located close to the railway station. Rooms were clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food at the feast restaurant was good.

I do not recommend this hotel.. Room and bathroom was dirty, there cockroaches in the room. Restaurant was not good. Service was OK, but room lack some basic amenities. 50 m away there’s another hotel, for the same price much better service.

The staff was helpful. The cleanliness was not very great. Saw a couple of cockroaches in the room. Also there were a bunch of noisy kids who were up very late and making quite a racket.
