Amazing place to stay ...staff is very good ...services are top notch ..looking forward to stay again in this property

Yes it was a holiday trip for me n my family. But they turned into nightmare. I was connected with ms.kritika she was like make 100%payment then only i can confirm your booking n i did whole payment. I was coming back from mussoorie, my husband, my daughter, my father-in-law and my mother-in-law. When I entered there place. It was smelling a bit n it’s so packed. That time we are like let’s checkin first. They have only 7 rooms n that hotel is not for family people. That hotel is for boys n girls to spend night time. Worst experience, staff is so rude , ms kritika is so rude , manager is non cooperative and there rooms hv such a bad polish smell. I have to give nebuliser to my daughter after 30mins of check in. We really requested them I personally went to the manager n requested to do something or shift is in some other property or refund a bit because I can’t see my daughtEr coughing due to bad smell she is just 5 ! Never ever plan for this guys. They are fraud! Kritika is one of them ! Firstly they ll after you to make full payment n zero service ! Horrible experience with my family n i check in after 4 I hv to checkout around 6 n then I rushed to delhi . Because my family got sick. Ms kritika was pretty polite before booking but when i was calling her after check in she dint even picked up my call not even for once. She is talking to her team but not with me . Ruthless lady !

The condition of the facility is highly unsanitary and dingy. There is mold all over. There were termites on the bed frame. The entire property had only one care taker who had no idea what was going on. The property owners aren’t open to feedback’s and are so ignorant that on raising a complain, they just block you and switch off their phones. The property is highly filthy and is a waste of money, time and energy. We requested for a refund or at-least some reimbursement as we did not even check in after seeing the condition. But the property owners balantly refused. Payed around 10000 for a property which is basically a health hazard

They charge so much for food. Even they charged for salad also. Cold drink mini glass they charged alot. Staff is less. Rooms intercom does not work. Only resort's ambience is good. For morning breakfast options are very less.

Recently shifted to Dehradun and came across this nice, serene hidden property at most unexpected place in dehradun..it's a beautiful, one of its kind place to stay. Very romantic and serene. Has its own scenic beauty as the property is really well planted and gives a feeling of being in some old English village. It's a small property,very well maintained. I went their for a quick drink as i had to wait for my husband. But it definitely got itself in my book of recommendation. If u are looking for a romantic vacation giving all ur time spending in natural surroundings and don't want to drive urself to a hill station then this is the place.

There is no view of mountains and also the location is in the middle of the city. Amenities are so poor no staff is available at 7:30 in the morning. Maintenance issues are there as rooms are very dirty and water logging in all rooms in the bathroom. I changed three rooms but all rooms had dead insects on the bedsheets and blankets. Live worms in a tea kettle. Very disappointed with the experience.
