Rooms were in good condition. Property is located in prime location of the city. Food quality is not upto the mark. Staff behaviour is also not upto the mark, they need to learn hospitality etiquette. Housekeeping department is excellent. They have rooftop bar & restaurant which is average. They have good parking space. Overall i give this property average rating because they need to improve alot on staff etiquette towards customers.

Property located in prime location in city & very easy reachable. Food service needs some improvement, amenities at property can be improved for example: they can provide mini bar. At last food service needs improvement but the housekeeping service is excellent.

The location marked on google was incorrect. The room was quite good, although the sheets were not fresh. Served non-veg food to a vegetarian.

As the name suggests, hotel park view premium truly lives up to its promise of a premium experience. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the town, making it convenient for exploring. The food was great, and the service was top-notch. The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. Overall, a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a high-quality experience.

Hotel facilities are not good, even reception guy charge more than of mrp product. And not provided service as promised. Hotel location was not higennic. Sorry i did not take any picture

Excellent stay. In the heart of the city, close to clock tower, neat clean hotel. Very cooperative staff. Food is excellent. Their service is to the mark. Kid friendly

We stayed here for one night. Conveniently located near clock tower so all shopping areas, restaurants and famous bakeries are around. The rooms were clean, specious and well done-up. Had all essentials like kettle, fridge and toiletries. Room has no view to speak of. Property looks well maintained and offers private parking. Staff was polite. They allowed us late checkout which was very helpful and also arranged for airport drop. I would recommend this place.
