I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable and clean, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I would recommend booking the room on a 'room-only' basis, as the meal plan was a letdown. But overall, I would definitely consider staying here again. *Pros:* - Comfortable and clean rooms - Convenient location - Friendly and helpful staff - Nearby to railway station *Cons:* - Meal plan was disappointing *Recommendation:* Book on 'room-only' basis for a better experience."

The condition of the room is very pathetic very dirty bad fowl smell Room service is very bad You wont get proper meal even if u book with meal booking properly and not in time too 200 words is less to explain The quality of this hotel im totally bm

1. No Proper co operation by Hotel Staff, No Soap/Hand wash /Towel provided by staff . I had been used my own towel /Soap/Hand wash. 2. Geezer not Woking proper . So I have bath to cold water. 3.Hope you will take action and return price of towel/Soap/ Hand wash as compensation

Worst place a couple can go to. We were charged extra money after the day of our checkout claiming that there were stain on the bedsheet . They charged us half the hotel room price for it. There were no staff at the time of checkout. The hotel is not worth going to do not waste your money on these scams.

Good decent hotel right ***** the busy market road. Good staff good service. They don't have a inhouse restaurant but have kitchen and room service. Over it was a comfortable stay with family. They should work a little on room maintainence, a bit on painting, furniture and fittings.

Good hotel, very polite staff & cooperative person's Good location, The hotel is amazing, the interior is beautiful. First of all i loved the staff working there, they are very polite, helpful, understanding & very efficient. The management is great. The Rooms are well-maintained, hygienic & regularly cleaned. Talking about the food is very delicious, they prepared it according to our taste request. We really had a good time staying there. ❤️❤️

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, a great place to stay. We would definitely come back!
