As discussed over the phone, i wanted to follow up regarding my recent experience with the hotel booking. Upon arrival, we found that there was no one available to assist us with the reimbursement process, and we had to wait for 45 minutes before anyone attended to us. Additionally, the condition of the hotel was far below expectations, with the rooms being very dirty and lacking a balcony as promised. Due to these issues, we decided to cancel the booking immediately. I would appreciate it if you could assist with the reimbursement process and address the concerns raised. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and i look forward to hearing from you soon.

The basic things electricity and water not available, no water in washroom and last night no light all night so we check out early in the morning due to suffocation all night, and when on 1st day there is light ac was not working. Without light how can i take images. there is no water. There is no refund after asking coz we are not in hotel for use water and 2nd day all night long electricity so we come back and cancel the trip

There was no electricity for entire night & neither did the property had any power back up. It was an horrible experience. Hygiene is also one of the major concerns.

I went there and did not get any facility...no light and no food..but after 35 minutes I left the place and had to stop there..and did not get my money back..

Single blanket provided on double bed. Rooms need upkeep. Reached late-night, owner was kind enough to guide and pick the phone in late hours for directions.

We could not find any staff who would race till the luggage. No food at all. was told that the room dining is available but it was wrong. There was no restaurant, there was no option of dinner lunch in the resort, there was only maggi option in breakfast.

Television not working in any room, towel not provided, room cleaning not well, and the most important break facilities is not available either on paid basis also.
