The place was not clean. We ordered dinner and they confirmed that they will get it in 30 mins. But even after reminding thrice in 2 hrs. We didn't get any dinner and we had to sleep hungry.

I stayed in this property 5 years back when it was managed by another group, i had a good impression last time, so i decided to stay 2nd time, but this time i was shocked to see the condition of the building, rooms and washrooms. They were in pathetic condition. You can see spiders roaming around on beds. Dirty bedsheets everything seems to showcase in 3rd class condition. It was run and managed by highly unprofessional people their first instinct to loot the customers.

Location wise the property is situated at an excellent spot. Room are decently maintained and thr food is very testy and well done. Overall, would recommend.

Most horrible arrangement. We were then sent to their other properties which are close to slum dwelling. Please avoid this place and if the person on the phone tells you to move elsewhere with extra payment- he is scamming you!

Snow view is a good hotel but mmt platform is really confusing because when you ask for select room, i thought i am booking a room but when i reached hotel it was a tent and that too on very high price. I wasted my booking and made a fresh booking on the same hotel from other booking platform. Really disappointing.

We got tents which were 36 sq ft n make my trip mentioned 100 sq ft area on booking aap page. It's was the worst trip n experience we had in 24 hours

This one property has been divided into two parts. The property registered in mm t gave us room for 3600 rs but same rooms below our rooms were available for 1500 rs by other owner. Kitchen was not open till 8 :15 am not even tea or coffee were available.
