Room is ok clean but not have window i never saw hotel not have window .and very poor service

the location can't be beat! We had a spacious room with beautiful views and wonderful service and hospitality from the staff. Our room had all of the conveniences We will definitely plan a return stay on our next visit.

Enjoyed alot at the party hosted by mr. awasthi event was taken care by hyatt . The event went smoothly and the staff was attentive and helpful. Special thanks to mr kishan , Ankit Bar tender and Jagdish for taking care of the event so smoothly will organise the party soon again….

The event hosted by Hyatt team at home as an absolute success . From start to finish , everything flowed smoothly. Great turnout , vibrant energy and lot's of positive feedback. I recently stayed at Hyatt Centric Dehradun for an official trip and was initially anxious about maintaining my fitness routine, having just started my fitness journey a month ago under a trainer in Bangalore. To my pleasant surprise, I met Mr. Sahil, the in-house gym trainer, who completely exceeded my expectations. Mr. Sahil was not only highly professional but also incredibly polite, humble, and supportive. He took the time to understand my fitness goals and guided me with the correct form and techniques, ensuring I stayed consistent and injury-free. His dedication and expertise made a real difference in my experience. A big thank you to Mr. Sahil and the entire Hyatt Centric team for their warm hospitality and for creating such a welcoming and health-conscious environment. This stay turned out to be both productive and rejuvenating. Highly recommended for anyone who values wellness and exceptional service during their travels!

Chef NAVEEN make us very delicious food til 2 days and also he is very nice person ....... we neet AAYUSH THAKUR In restaurant He serves us really good and taje care us Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay

The hotel staff is very good and food is excellent and specially chef Naveen made very tasty food! Excellent services ! Staff is very nice and courteous and rooms are clean and nice and swimming pool is good and nice gym and they also had table tennis and absolutely clean and nice property

I had a wonderful second time stay ! The place was clean , comfortable and had everything I needed . The atmosphere was peaceful and I truly felt at home. A special thank you to Mr.Anil Tomar housekeeping manager for there exceptional hospitality and attention to detail - it really made a diffrence. Highly recommended. Buransh is so attractive🥰🥰
