Marriott Cincinnati Northeast

We were in town for a wedding and this hotel was selected for the group.Check in was very smooth. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were disappointed that the M Club was not open on the weekend. A couple of our friends tried the outdoor pool, but they said it did not seem clean, which was disappointing . The hotel is easy to get to - right off the highway. There are also a ton of restaurants in the near vicinity, so you won’t go hungry.

My first start out by saying that of all Marriott s l've been to this one smells absolutely amazing, and that's a big plus for me. The staff is wonderful Front Desk is happy to meet with you happy to accommodate any of your needs happy to show you the way to get to the elevator by walking around the desk and showing proper customer service. The rooms are always nice and clean they smell wonderful too. It's not just the lobby that smells good the whole place smells good it doesn't smell musty which I love. I wanna end off with telling you that the m club is worth it. You get a wonderful little meal at night and a wonderful meal in the morning and the amount of money you're paying for M club is as much as you be paying for meal here at Marriott so why not? Lastly, I love the gym. I love the pool. I love this Location.

Staff was wonderful. Friendly and helpful. I had a very stressful trip and my reservation was accidentally cancelled. The hotel was fully booked but the manager called maintenance and was able to get me another room. I’ve stayed in this area many times and this was absolutely the best experience

Highly recommend this hotel! Hotel manager Mike has assembled an incredible staff - friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to answer any question we had. Property is very clean, layed out well, and has many areas in the lobby to sit and relax - enjoy cocktails, play family table games, watch TV, and dine. This was our 3rd year in row visiting Mason and staying at this hotel. We will definitely be back again next year!

Great hotel! Staff is very friendly and professional. Room and common areas are very nice. Both appear to be recently renovated. Very quiet. Clean rooms. Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Great M Club Lounge with full breakfast. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for our trip to Kings Island. Nice hotel. Rooms are nice. Fitness center more than adequate. Staff is great, especially Hannah in the restaurant. She was very pleasant and provided great service. Area around the hotel has plenty of retail and food.

The hotel is nice enough. Elevators are a little slow (doing work in the area) but easy enough to deal with. But please make sure you don’t accidentally leave anything. Especially of any value or sentimental. I was in the shower and accidentally yanked my necklace off. As I was full of soap, I picked it up, put it back together, and looped it around the shower gel till I was finished. Well I forgot it was there. Checked out at 11:15. Didn’t remember until I got back home about 3:30 ish. I called immediately and they asked if I wanted to be placed on hold or have them call me back. I said call me back since we were leaving. Four hours later, I had not received a call back. I called again. They said the staff was gone and someone would call me the next day. And if they did not, to please call back. Nobody called me on Sunday. I called again on Monday and the guy was surprised that no one had gotten back with me. He told me he would call me back in 15 minutes. He was true to his word and called me back. However, the housekeeping supervisor was not there. But he gave me his name and said that he would be in tomorrow and to ask for him. He said to wait till around 3 o’clock because he would be there also in case I got the runaround again. I called at around 3 o’clock and Sam, the housekeeping supervisor did not answer the phone. I called back, spoke to whoever answered the phone, and they took my information…again. Almost 2 hours later Sam called me back to say they did not have my necklace. The runaround was absolutely ridiculous. I personally believe that housekeeping stole my necklace. I suppose somebody could have been offered my room within the four hours that I originally called but considering checking in is at 3 o’clock, I don’t know. Ultimately I know it’s my fault for leaving it in there, but someone found it.

The staff at this hotel are the absolute BEST! We stayed at this hotel last August and left behind a sentimental item that was not recovered. Katie, the sales manager, made it her mission to make things right. We stayed here last weekend (June 1st) and a similar item was waiting for us at our arrival! We were beyond thrilled, completely surprised and overwhelmingly happy. The GM Michael wrote a personal note that touched us so deeply that I was inclined to write this review. Not only did the staff take time to create a personal, thoughtful memory for us, the hotel was clean, updated and extremely comfortable. While we don’t travel to Cincinnati often, we are inclined to plan another trip here soon just to stay at this hotel. Thank you Katie and any other staff involved in making this trip so special.

The room/bed/bath all supper clean; There are huge parking lots around the building, friendly staff, provides free fresh coffee setup at multiple exits in the morning, very convenience to grab one near your exit to your car in the parking lot. The drawbacks are the facility(elevator) is aged and there are no free bottle water at room.
