Great house for a bigger party BUT neighbors are a little too eager to complain about chatting after 7pm! It was a great spot for a large group. We had comfy beds and fun gathering spot for our bday weekend!

Solid Solid stay for a group interested in a home base for a beach vacation in So. Fla. The inside is set up nicely and the bedrooms and bathrooms are well done. The outside just lacks privacy with the neighbors looking for any reason to complain. If you plan on sitting in the hot tub at night or sitting by the fire, expect to have a neighbor threatening to get you kicked out by the city.

Poor Communication and Hot Tub The temperature, and the jets for the hot tub were controlled remotely by the owner. I followed the process and reached out to the owner through VRBO's customer service to have the temperature change and the jets turned on. The owner didn't reach out until the very last day, which was to late to enjoy the hot tube. Part of the reason we rented the house is because it had a hot tube. We were extremely disappointed that we could not use the hot tub.
