Tranquil Point

A beautiful location with a magic view, and lots of birds and larger animals. Not for everyone, though, as many will miss their TV and air conditioner. But for the nature lover, a great place to unwind and relax.

Amazing spot, superb Accoms and what a great Host Ben is! Can’t recommend this place more highly! The approach can be deceiving along a potholed gravel road but on entering the property you are transported to the perfect get away spot! We were greeted by Ben and given a tour of the property/ Accoms and delighted to find spots where one can have ‘alone’ time or mix with other guests which we did early evening on the deck to share travel stories and pick up hints on local spots to check out! The Accoms were spotless and everything well equipped especially the kitchen where one can cook if desired! Love being able to stroll down to the waters edge and swim safely! A delight in what was a bit of a heatwave in Tassie for the days we were travelling! A fire pit area is available nd was a great spot overlooking the water for morning coffee! Great stay….didn’t want to leave! Will be back! Thanks Ben!

Amazing views and peaceful surroundings. The room was comfortable and clean and had access to a shared space which had a functional kitchen and living space.

Tranquil Point offers beautiful surroundings to relax and take a moment to reflect on your travels. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Next visit will be more than one day. Thank you.

Peace and quiet, at one with nature. Animals abound! A unique share-house facility with full kitchen ammenities … plus home-grown veggies! I suspect fresh fish (but never cast a line). The point is … the point is … The Point Is Tranquil.

Ben is an extremely friendly and hospitable host. His accommodation is set in a beautiful quiet and restful location. Rooms are very comfortable and the shared kitchen and dining areas are very well equipped. A fabulous find!
