This hotel doesn’t have an elevator. Important to know for those traveling with family members who are unable to carry suitcases upstairs or really aren’t up for long flights of stairs a few times a day. Wish I knew this when we booked. Also the shower sub-floor had a dip in it you could feel through the tub, which was strange. Aside from that it was clean, staff was super friendly and the room was actually pretty nice.

Justin and his staff are amazing. We had several family members and friends coming in for my husband's Celebration of Life. The meeting room for family gatherings on two nights was such a warm inviting space where we could order in Mabe's and just hang out. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff I worked with were compassionate and so helpful with making reservations and making this the best stay possible. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

This hotel is about the top of a hill and has a beautiful view of part of the town. Very clean and excellent service. The room was amazing. Very spacious. Had the feel of a high end hotel. Food was a phone call away. And their breakfast was also pretty good.

Traveling through Iowa we stopped in Decorah. The hotel was neat and clean. Check in was quick and easy. They were able to accommodate our request for a room near the lobby. There was plenty of parking and easy access to the downtown area and highway. Breakfast was adequate and met our needs. Staff were helpful and very nice. Definitely recommend.

Great place to stay and absolutely enjoyed the room and the little town it's in. I will definitely be back. The woman who checked me in was absolutely great. I can't remember her name but she was great. The hotel was clean and peaceful

Motel was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was very good. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to everyone!! Would like to recommend a walk-in shower in the handicap room

Really awesome hotel and staff! So nice and friends and helpful. Idk why I need a minimum of 200 characters but okay, I work at a Minnesota location and this place was NICER. Good job guys. You rock and deserve a raise :)

Hospitality and service the best! Staff and management always helpful. Excellent location, close to everything, even trails to walk and bike. Beautiful, well cared for pool and hot tub. Best in town!!

The front desk staff was great, both at check in and on the phone to make the reservation. Rooms are nice and love the walk in shower. It was a little hard to regulate the heat in the room and there really was no blanket on the bed, but we made do. We would stay again. They offered a great AARP rate too.
