Perfect place! Small and intimate feel, a home from home. Very central, but easy to park in church/parkland opposite. Warm welcome, receptionist could not be more helpful. I was upgraded to a charming room giving onto the pretty patio. Excellent breakfast. I was there on my own and loved it.

Cosy boutique hotel with only 12 rooms set around a delightful courtyard it was the perfect base for our visit to Deauville. The owner was always available to offer advise on sightseeing and local restaurants and could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. Perfectly located within walking distance of everything. 24 hour complimentary espresso and Tea bar

5 out 5. It was an excellent stay with a lovely hosting team. The hotel was clean, calm and well decorated. It was in a very good place in Deauville, close to city center and plage at the same time. They give complimentary hot drinks all the day. Thank you for your hospitality

This was a very pleasant hotel near central Deauville. We traveled as a family (2 parents + 10-year-old), and stayed in a family suite. We had plenty of room and the location was great. We didn't try the breakfast buffet but wished we had. The patio itself was a great space. Service was especially good.

My wife, daughter and myself had a wonderful time at this amazing hotel. Henry was not only friendly but genuinely committed in ensuring our stay was the best possible. The accommodation felt homely and the service appropriately personal. The attentiveness of the hotel mascot ‘Sultan’ topped off what was a genuine highlight to our French road trip.

This was an enchanting place for us! There is indeed, a very elegant secret patio. Our room was decorated with nautical drawings which I found to be very interesting and a little bit mysterious. Everyone we met was so kind and thoughtful and friendly. The street and the city are just like something out of a fairytale. We were very thankful for our restful and restorative time here, and we hope everything goes beautifully for this little hotel and all its staff in the future!

A remarkable hotel, distinguished by the warmth and thoughtfulness of the team, which comes through in everything from helping you arrange your car hire to the detail of the apple-pear compote and home-made cake for breakfast. Because the owner is part of the team, you know you're in good hands from check-in onwards. There are just 12 rooms, and we stayed in 107, which is up steep stairs, big enough for three, and therefore very comfortable for two. Windows facing the road and the courtyard. Good bathroom, with very good straightforward shower. Comfortable bed. Everything to a high standard. No aircon. There are ground floor rooms onto the courtyard. Breakfast is served in the courtyard or the breakfast room, and is a small but well chosen selection, which we greatly enjoyed. Croissants come from the boulangerie next door. The team will do everything to ensure you have a good stay, and we'd stay again.

Lovely boutique hotel, very stylish and comfortable. in a good location near the beach. Too cool for breakfast on the patio sadly but a perfect spot when warm enough. Alexandra was a perfect and welcoming host, as well as Sultan, the golden retriever! Thanks to Henri for his travel tips on our delightful tour of Normandy!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Le Patio. Henry took a lot of care to make our family’s stay comfortable. We were traveling with an infant and the staff provided a very clean and comfy baby crib as well as other amenities. The breakfast was perfect, too! Our trip included an electric car and the public parking and charging was a breeze. We found an L2 charger near the church that was a quick 2 minute walk away. The neighborhood feels very safe and it’s within close walking distance to the beach and a number of tasty restaurants. Henry went out of the way to make us feel comfortable and even attempted to understand my terrible French. We had to leave early on our last morning and he hustled to get our breakfast ready - we didn’t expect that! Thank you, Henry. You (and your sweet dog) were one of our favorite memories from the trip!
