Ara Dune Hotel

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Stayed for one night as a stopover on the way back to le shuttle as a couple in our 30s. The receptionist upon arrival was very friendly and professional, she gave us a quick tour of the amenities and even offered us a choice of a free welcome gift! The gift shop, lobby area and guest lounge are all beautifully kept with nice furnishings. We were given room 101, it was decorated very nicely with a large and very comfortable bed and big windows overlooking the front of the hotel. More free gifts of good quality chocolates and clarins toiletries were in our room and I enjoyed a wonderful soak in the deep bath in our bathroom. Really appreciated the good quality hair dryer provided! We slept very well and was only awoken by the resident cats asking for their breakfast outside below our room which we didn’t mind! Not sure if they rescue these cats but they looked very well cared for with their outside shelters. My only negatives about our stay is that the music played in the shop below although pleasant, it is rather loud and can be heard word for word in room 101. This only really affected us because we spent the afternoon in our room because of the rain, the music is turned off at a very reasonable hour when the shop closes. Upon checking out we were given another gift of a coupon to use against a future stay. The hospitality and generosity of this hotel really didn’t go unnoticed and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I only wish we had been able to try the restaurant, it seemed popular with local residents.

Let's start with the surroundings, very nice pleasant environment, almost 'in the middle of nowhere' rooms are generally pleasant, however if you want a room with "a nicer view" then you pay a large surplus for the view,,,The breakfast is very neatly taken care of, with a reasonable choice, super friendly and very pleasant breakfast employee, if you wish to dine in the restaurant, you are going to be able to eat very well, the cook there will definitely give you a superior meal,,,,, but as far as the friendliness, honesty and dignity of the let's say "owner" is concerned, this is absolutely below all standards,employees have to bend, actually kneel before everything the lady thinks should be done, employees are offended in their own dignity,,,, is this the way a so-called 3-star hotel should run? After the stay we absolutely do not wish to return here at all, despite the very tasty food, and the surroundings

Hôtel 3 étoiles très bien entretenu Chambre très soignée Déjeuner à 17€ (moyen au niveau qualité) Accueil très agréable par une jeune femme Faites attention lors de votre réservation Nous avons réservé 2 chambres de luxe avec vue sur les dunes sur le site de l’hôtel au prix de 162€/chambre Sur booking le prix est plus élevé mais le détail des chambres est plus détaillé que sur le site Nous avions les numéros 122 et 123 elles ne sont pas équipées de climatisation!!!! Et au même prix que les autres équipées de climatisation 😕 …c’était une nuit où il faisait très chaud et l’orage a éclaté la nuit Si vous réservez sur le site précisez bien une chambre avec douche ou bain car la première que nous avons reçue était avec un bain et précisez également avec climatisation Sur le site ces chambres n’ont absolument rien comme description « Cette chambre magnifiquement décorée est entièrement équipée » Finalement on aurait mieux fait de réserver 2 chambres confort qui sont les chambres de base moins chères mais équipées de climatisation Quand on le signale à la réception ils font bien évidemment les innocents Ceci dit nous avons reçu (comme chaque client) un bon de réduction pour un prochain séjour

Prijs kwaliteit zeker het hotel niet waard. Voor deze prijs klasse zijn veel betere hotels mogelijk. Ontbijt is zeer beperkt en van 8;30 tot 10. Ze hebben de tijden ingekort omdat er weinig volk was. Ook zeker niet kind vriendelijk we werden aangesproken omdat onze kinderen van 2 en 6 te veel lawaai maken. Hotel zit voornamelijk met oude zure mensen. Airco is ook niet krachtig genoeg voor de kamer en het waren niet eens een warme dagen. Badkamer was ook nog eens aan de kleine kant.

Tout était PARFAIT. Superbe grande chambre avec vue sur les dunes, très propre avec de bonnes senteurs, une belle salle de douche. Accueil professionnel et aimable avec des cadeaux de bienvenue. Très bon et complet petit déjeuner, petit détail :un jus d'orange pressé frais serait tout de même à mettre en place. Merci à la dame au service. Très bon dîner servi par un monsieur et une jeune fille dynamiques dans une ambiance joyeuse, le top. Et surtout un grand merci à Sofie et ses collègues à l'accueil qui ont su rendre notre séjour si agréable. Nous espérons revenir pour un autre séjour et nous recommandons cet hôtel à notre entourage. Merci à tous.

Dit hotel heeft ons werkelijk bekoord. De ontvangst aan de receptie was zeer hartelijk. De dame leidde ons rond en toonde alles wat wij moesten weten voor ons verblijf. Zij nam haar tijd om ons heel vriendelijke manier te ontvangen. Wij hadden gekozen voor de formule halfpension. Het diner en ook het ontbijt vond plaats in Brasserie De Mol dat in hetzelfde gebouw was gelegen. Wij kregen van de receptie ook info voor een wandeling in de duinen en naar het strand. Wij verbleven meerdere dagen en elke dag werd de kamer opgeruimd en terug klaargezet. Bij vertrek kregen wij van Sofie, de onthaaldame, nog een bon voor een volgend verblijf waarbij 1 overnachting gratis is bij een boeking via hun website van 2 overnachtingen. In ieder geval is dit hotel een aanrader en wij komen zeker nog terug voor een volgend verblijf.

Barbetrieb super, Auswahl der Drinks an der Bar hervorragend und preislich voll o.k. Das ganze Ambiente sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet!!! Excellent accueil, attentif et souriant. Chambre très propre, restaurant et petit déjeuner de grande qualité. nous venons régulièrement, pour ces raisons, pour des évènements sportifs à La Panne, comme le char à voile
