Very good hotel and very good staff We enjoyed our stay with the kids.

Used for Plopsaland De Panne, parked on the street for free outside (free from 6pm-10am) and breakfast had fair options. Good size room and comfy bed

Très bon séjour..

Séjour en cpuple pour fêter nos 4 ans, dans ce très bel hôtel. Super bien placer dans un endroit très calme et à 800m de la plage seulement ( 10min à pied en suivant une magnifique rue ouverte ) Déjeuner très copieux, on a absolument tout apprécier. Très bonne fréquentation, donc très calme la nuit. Chambre espace suffisante et moderne, salle de bain moderne également, peut-être un petit peu trop petite quand mmême Lit et matelas confortable. On entends un peu le bruit extérieure, sûrement un simple vitrage en fenêtre. Bref si on reviens dans cette magnifique ville, in choisira sûrement encore une fois cet hôtel. Vive la chaîne Ibis, une valeure sur.

L’ensemble était bien, mais la propreté, les personnes étant en charge ne faisaient pas la chambre tous les jours car il y avait encore du sable sur le sol et dans le lit De plus, on a prit nos essuies qu’on avait prit avec nous et plus aucune trace

Zimmer war sauber. Lage ist top. Garage im Hotel kostet 20 EUR pro Tag. Konnten von vier Tagen nur 2 in der Garage parken, lt. Personal wäre die Garage ansonsten voll gewesen ??? Obwohl man vorab nicht reservieren kann ?? Wir haben nachgeschaut und die Garage war leer. Sehr schade. Parken kann man aber eine Straße weiter umsonst und auch nicht weniger schlecht. Personal sehr wortkarg. Für einen Kurztrip trotz allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Staff must be more careful on customer’ needs and support and not be ignorant. The litter in our bathroom was full including personal igenic stuff from previous customers and shower gel was running out. When we notified the reception about our issue, litter been empty but didn’t get shower gel during our stay in your hotel,even someone checked the level of plastic container was empty, left a print of an outdoor shoes inside shower cabin but didn’t bother to refill it.Thanks we’ve had our shower gel and we could get a proper shower. Not the way should be treated, the blonde young lady from reception not only ignorant but not even polite at the end. 😡😡

An excellent hotel well situated in De Panne, itself a nice town. Rooms were good - typical Ibis which you can rely on. Breakfast was good too, and the staff were very helpful. Bike parking (and car parking) was safe and secure (and dry!). I'd happily stay here again.

The staff is friendly and helped with dinner options. The hotel is clean and well appointed for an affordable rate. Be aware that the car park is tiny and not easy to navigate, but the location is super close to Plopsaland! We stayed two nights and the only thing I wish we had was a kettle in the room!

Like most Ibises, this is a solid hotel. The rooms are clean and functional. You'll get a good nights sleep and a proper shower. But I found this particular Ibis over-priced compared to what I've paid in other Ibises. I was in De Panne on a February week night when it was hardly busy, and it was still the most expensive Ibis I've ever stayed in. They said it's cheaper if you book ahead online but I figured that traveling way out of season I wouldn't need (or want) to book ahead. I suppose they can get away with it because almost all the other hotels were closed for the season. And the 21 euros they charge for a very aveage breakfast buffet is outrageous. Go find a cafe. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and efficient. The location is good if you have a car because it's on the edge of town, but the immediate neighborhood is a bit drab and you're a good 10-15 minute walk from the waterfront.

Great spot, beach just a 10 min walk away. We used a local car park a couple of mins walk away which was €5.00 for a day rather than the €20.00 hotel parking. Booked online and chose a twin room but when we arrived this was down as a double as we had not mentioned it on the booking. Quickly sorted though. Clean tidy room with comfy beds. We didn't have the breakfast but was available if needed.

A lovely hotel. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel is well placed for the beach and also for the beach. There is a good underground car park too. I very much enjoyed my welcome drink - fantastic Belgian beer!
