This is an older motel, located right on Daytona Beach. I stayed in an ocean front, 1st floor, but the pool was right outside so I had to leave the curtains closed. Everything in the room was new except for the furniture & frig. Very clean room and very nice people. The bathroom was small. This room was perfect for one or two people. The price was reasonable and I truly couldn’t have asked for more. I would definitely stay her again. Highly recommend.

The exterior looks like a crappy motel, but the 1 bedroom unit had 2 bathrooms and lots of space, even though the kitchen was quite dated with small appliances. The view of the beach and sunrise from my unit was breathtaking! I would NOT recommend it as a timeshare exchange, however, as the price to rent the unit for a whole MONTH was equal to my VOA fees plus exchange fee for a week!

Attendez-vous pas à un hôtel moderne. Tout est vieux dans cet hôtel mais propre. Chambre avec vue sur la mer à éviter parce que directement à proximité de la piscine avec beaucoup d’enfants qui jouent et parfois très bruyant. Chambre et tout l’hôtel aurais grandement besoin d’amour.
