BOHO Vibes! Walk 2 Beach & Ocean Center! Pets OK PET FRIENDLY! This Boho Bungalow is just steps to the Ocean Center, 1 block to the beach, boardwalk & Main Street! Whether you’re in town for business, a convention at the Ocean Center or coming to enjoy the beach, our home is perfectly suited for all types! Bring your bathing suit & flip flops, we have taken care of the rest! Disney World & Universal Studios are 1hr & 15mins away! St Augustine(The FIRST city in the U.S.) is only 1hr away! Guests must contact host if they are wanting to bring a trailer or motorcycles before booking. If you bring a pet, they must be house broken. The yard is not fully fenced in, so please keep your dog on a leash! Other guests could potentially have pets on the property during your stay as well. No local guests. Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old. Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days. Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation. Parking is on-street parking & only allowed in the designated parking area on the street behind the home (3 min walk) & you must park with the flow of traffic. Guests are to provide their own charcoal if they would like to use the grill $15 per pet per night. MONTHLY STAYS (28 nights or longer) - The fee is $180 per animal per month Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 3rd guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 3 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group. Full use of the courtyard and the picnic tables in the common area! No need for a car at this home! Excellent location for walking, biking or enjoying an electric scooter ride! I am available through the app. This property is located right behind the Ocean Center with no neighbors on one side. The Daytona Lagoon waterpark is a 3 minute walk away and the boardwalk and beach are a 5 minute walk away! Parking for this home is located on-street parking located on the street behind the property and is a 3-4 min walk. Private apartment with a gorgeous quartz countertops, soft close cabinets & fully stocked kitchen. There is a portable 2 burner cook top, microwave, coffee maker and all utensils and cookware needed for a great meal! In the bedroom, you will find a large walk in closet a high end plush memory foam queen bed with cooling technology & an en suite custom bathroom! Driveway: NONE. On-street parking only. Address: 115 N Hollywood Ave Daytona Beach, FL 32118 Directions: From the airport - head E on International Speedway Blvd, once you go over the bridge to bring you beachside, take a left at N Peninsula Dr (2nd stoplight). Proceed North for about 1 mile until you come to Auditorium Blvd, then take a right. Finally, turn left onto N Hollywood Ave in 100 yds. The apartment is the first set of buildings on the left. The building is a peach color and your apartment is on the right (North) when looking at it from the street. Temporarily park on the street with your hazard lights on & drop off your bags at your apartment. Parking: 2 parking passes supplied. There will be a visitor parking pass on the kitchen counter for you to hang in your vehicle during your stay. THE PARKING PASS IS TO BE RETURNED TO THE APARTMENT AT CHECKOUT. ($50 replacement fee if not returned.) Parking is on street parking, located on N Peninsula Dr which is the street behind the apartment. Park in the spots labeled “Residential Parking Permit Only”. The best place to find a parking spot is close to the intersection of Auditorium Blvd and N Peninsula Dr. You must park your car with the flow of traffic. Entry & exit: Check in is at 4pm or later unless already agreed upon an earlier time. There is no key to this apartment, only a keypad deadbolt on the front door. Type the code which will get sent to you the day of arrival at noon & the door will unlock. Inside the house: No smoking on premises. If you must smoke, it is only allowed on the sidewalk by the street and nowhere else on the property. There is a welcome booklet we have created on the kitchen table which contains any and all need to know information about the apartment and our favorite things to do/see/eat in the area during your stay. There will be plenty of towels and linens for your party during your stay. Movie rentals are not permitted and guests will be billed directly if a movie is rented during their stay. Take all towels, wash cloths & hand towels used during your stay & put them on the floor next to the front door. Wash your dirty dishes prior to leaving. Please empty the trash & take it to the trash can by the road to prevent flies.
