Thanks.* You have to see this 5 bedroom 4 bathroom fully furnished pool home to appreciate all it has to offer. This home features a South facing heated pool and spa with no rear neighbors in the gated community of Solana. The interior of the home offers a spacious floor plan including 2 master en suites, one upstairs and one downstairs.. The living room is impressive with 2 story ceilings making the space feel welcoming and bright and has an open floor plan to the kitchen and nook area. There is a formal dining room as well as eating space in the kitchen. Upstairs the home has one master ensuite and 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. This is a perfect home to rent out as it has plenty of space to accommodate multiple families. There are not many homes in this community with a south facing pool and close to the clubhouse.  Please note: This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish. * Pool and spa heat can be added to your booking for an additional $30 per night (ask for details) * You may need to add a refundable $250 security deposit. Please confirm at point of reservation * Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee.
