Worst!!! Worst hotel experience I ever had! I have to call for the owner to proceed the check in process. They asked you for 400 pesos for cleaning fee but the room has a lot of insects, insects are everywhere. Sink is leaking. Bed is itchy. But during our stay, they don’t even have a water supply! I have to call for the owner of the unit to help us get a water supply but she can’t even help us. She even bragged that it’s only Avida Tower has a water tank all over at Downtown in Davao City but we don’t even have a water supply in our room. We called the owner many times but she said she has nothing to do with it and it’s not her under control. But at last, she called the maintenance and after an hour we have finally water supply in our room. The only nice thing is the view. Don’t get fall for it.

Yong gamit is not malinis the entire room actually,tapos yong towel nila mabaho amoy kulob at luma n even the pillow case and the whole beddings may amoy..Never again.

In the websites says check out time is 12 but we’re inform to check out at 10 plus you have to pay 400 for the parking fee and 300 for the cleaning fee. We are not aware about that. The room is ok you get what you pay for.

stay was okay since it was just for short span of time.

Why need to pay for cleaning 🙃but inside the room is not well clean and no reception on site you need to contact the property owner, how come looks like that.

Cleaning fees or any other fees should be clearly stated with bold letters. Its annoying you guys are putting it on a package promo and yet other fees will be collected upon check in. Also check oit is early.

The cleaning fee sucks. When we are paying for the cleaning fee, it should includes the dishes, trash and whole room cleaning. But the room rules says that you must clean dishes before leaving, even throwing your own garbage outside, room is not totally clean, cockroach spotted. Hassle check in and check out.

Very accomodating host and super lamig and linis ng room

It's fine to stay here if don't have any choice.At first I thought It's nice to stay here but it was like expectation vs reality haha.They should at least clean the whole place first.Maybe other units are fine dunno no idea but will definitely not booked here again.Thanks anyways!

Room toilet 0/5 Host 0/5 Worst service! Worst stay! The guard of the pool even asked us to leave rudely while we are in the middle of swimming.
