Welcome to Coastal Gratitude, your dream home away from home on the beach of Dauphin Island. Our family has provided everything you need for a vacation to remember. Breathtaking sunrises, sunsets, sugar sand, waves, and sun are all here to make beautiful memories!
This is our family beach home. We take great pride in sharing it with you and your family. You'll find well-appointed rooms, reclining sofas, high-quality sheets and bedding, large flatscreen televisions, puzzles, games, thick & luxurious bath & beach towels, laundry detergent, paper towels, dish detergent, and more.
We know you and your family will feel at home on one of the most beautiful beaches. About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:This home is privately owned. The owner is not responsible for any accidents that occur to the guests or their property while at the house..No pets allowed. No smoking. Quiet time is from 9 pm until 7 am. Only registered guests can spend the night and the maximum is 10 people.,Please do not move furniture and bring all beach toys and chairs back to the black box on the lower deck. Trash pick up is WEDNESDAY!.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

Check in was nice and smooth, house was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Emily was great to answer and address any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

Great beach house
House was exactly as we expected it! We had issues with the wifi and tv’s the first couple of days, and the host was responsive and quick to resolve the issue. Highly recommend.

Great place!!!
Another stay at a wonderful place!!!! We absolutely love it there! The cleaning crew didn’t hit the common areas very well this time. We had to vacuum the kitchen/living room area. Lots of crumbs and such on the floor. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. It would have been nice to have a broom and mop. The main deck area didn’t seem to be cleaned at all upon our arrival. Sand and broken shells all over. The Wi-Fi was pretty terrible, it came and went. Not much toilet paper or dishwashing pods supplied for 9 people. But, all that being said, it is a great house and location!!! The propane tank on the grill was empty but after a phone call we had a new tank within 30 minutes. Communication with the property managers is easy and they jump to make things right! We love this place and will definitely stay there anytime we visit Dauphin Island!!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Beach Getaway
Everything was amazing! The location, beach, and house! Very clean and hosts were great. So relaxing and non-crowded. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Family Getaway
Coastal Gratitude was the perfect spot for our family’s beach stay. The house had plenty of room for everyone but we still felt like we were together. The listing was spot on. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of beach towels and beach toys for the stay. This was our first trip to Dauphin Island and despite being over the 4th of July holiday it never felt busy or congested. Nice, quiet and peaceful. We hope we can return some day!

Wonderful Beach House!
Great beach week to celebrate a birthday. House is directly on the Gulf side, just a few steps to the beach. The home fit our needs, and was accurate in description.

Absolutely perfect
We had the best time in this property! The house is beautifully decorated & the view was fantastic! The beds were comfy & was perfect for our group of 6. The fridge went down our last day there ...the property manager was very helpful & sent help right away. Communication was great ...highly recommend
