The hotel was well located. The room exactly like it was described online. We reserved two rooms without windows for one day it was cost efficient! Unfortunately I could not reserve directly 4 breakfast online only two (one per room), we have to pay directly at breakfast for the two others one. We stop at Datong to visited one of UNESCO site and see the all Datong city. We thought more foreigners will visit this beautiful small city. No one speaks English (and that’s ok) but for a 4 stars hotel the front desk lady looks a bit lost with the check in procedure for foreigners (and I work in a 5 stars hotel in beijing so I know the procedure as a French working in China). Also, the isolation is bad, the front desk already inform us upon check in but we did not thought we will heard even the other room bathrooms flush. Thank you for this night your hotel is beautiful

Good hotel, nice staff, good location, good breakfast (at least a lot of different options). Only thing is that the room insulation is poor and you can hear everything that happens in the corridor.

Good location, quiet and comfortable room with views of the city gate. Was asked all kinds of questions when checking in (where I was going, what I was travelling for, where I was coming from and how I got to Datong. They even asked to see my train ticket!). Being interrogated on arrival doesn't feel very friendly, and nowhere else in Datong or other parts of China was I asked these questions.

Our stay was excellent. We particularly appreciated the services of the housekeepers Ms Du 杜金燕 房務中心領導 and Ms Li 李立苹 房務清潔員 and also a Ms 崔 who were most professional, courteous and promptly responded to all our queries and needs. We would love to stay here again if we come by Datong again.

作為老牌五星酒店，房間寬敞，設施豪華，但略有點老舊，不過使用起來並沒有網上吐槽的漏水，噪音等問題。早上品種很多，挺豐富的，就是小童也要收費78元，這個要小吐槽一下。另外預訂時顯示的深夜粥到並沒有“到”。

一家人升級房型，舒適安靜，衞生乾淨。離古城騎車5分鐘，適合休閑深度遊，人少的古城和人多的雲岡個，體驗感還是古城好太多。夜遊城牆還有看無人機，之後回酒店還有小米綠豆粥，巴適。推薦親子游住宿，大同還有遺憾，下這次再見。

非常滿意！恰逢生日，送小蛋糕🧁；出行辛苦，幫忙洗小襪子；又送小水果和花草茶……十分貼心，太感謝了！下次繼續入住。 另外，離古城和南站近，地段佳！遊華嚴寺、善化寺、代王府、九龍壁…，非常便捷！

酒店開得有點年頭了，房間佈置和設施都顯舊，隔音好，早餐內容還算豐富，但用餐環境一般，一個長方形大廳，中間是走道，兩邊是十來桌大園台，感覺在吃席，有點亂哄哄，優勢是離古城近。

避雷避雷，很老的酒店，房間裏傢俱毯子又舊又臟，要不是連定三天，真住不下去，買了一個西瓜問酒店借個刀，也説沒有，走廊一股子飯味，真的很無語，5分給服務員喬大姐，挺熱情，但是酒店真的不推薦，希望大家避雷吧

優點：這家酒店的最大特點就是餐飲品種豐富。在大同二天，在酒店5樓，8樓餐廳一共用餐三次。菜式豐富，價格合理。 缺點：電梯等候時間長，婚禮多，人員龐雜出入頻繁 床墊太軟了，腰疼人士不夠友好 總體不錯，可以在房間遠眺古城

設施：還好有地下停車場。 衞生：很乾凈清爽。 環境：在雲岡石窟附近，離高鐵站也不遠，還可以。 服務：服務態度挺好的。 有早餐還算豐富。

老牌星級酒店的標準還是很在線！酒店處處顯示着大氣和情調！地理位置優越，距離古城不遠，車程10分鐘左右！
