The hotel located in the ancient city of Datong right in front of the Huayan Monastery is wonderful. Spotlessly clean, furnished with style and elegance. The owners are very kind. Fresh fruit every day and ready to fulfill our wishes and requests.The beds are very comfortable and the linen is of excellent quality. Bathroom toiletries are provided. If you visit Datong you absolutely must not miss it! Absolutely recommended!

The room is clean and spacious. The hostess gave us fresh fruits. The place is quiet in the day and night. Hotel is located opposite Huayan Temple and convenienfly walking distances to Drum / Bell tower and city walls. It’s also walking distance to 2 famous FenglinGe restaurant and Xijin Road Noodle Restaurant (喜晋道•面馆) and Fenglinge (凤临阁) - definitely must try for gourmet wannabes.

Renyi Inn was perfect in every way. The staff satisfied all our needs, the rooms were very spacious and equipped with all comforts, the location is perfect for visiting the historic center.

Good location, room on two floors was not so comfortable. The bed was rock hard and the room had an unpleasant smell of mould. But the lady at the reception is very nice and tries her best. The communal area is nice, with fishes, birds and even two peacocks.

We had an excellent stay thanks to the hosts, who were very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The room was also very quiet and with a very good situation inside the center of Datong. We recommend this hotel! Thank you from France.

Really nice hotel, just in front of the Huayan temple. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, they even treated us with a bowl of fruit. The room is clean, and the bed confortable and very big. Highly recommended!!

The hotel is perfectly located ; just across the street of the temple and the pedestrian street. The lady of the hotel is very friendly and have many excellent recommendations about food restaurants, taxis, and also provided some gifts. The room is comfortable, and everything went very smoothly. Probably our best hotel this trip! 😊

We really loved this hotel. The rooms were really nice and confortable, nice decoration. The location was perfect, everything is within walking distance, notably Huayuan Temple and Dragon’s wall. The best was the hospitality, we had fresh fruits and nice tea, very friendly and helping for planning any day trip to XuanKong Si.

Muy buena localización, en el casco antiguo de la ciudad y cerca del templo Huayan, uno de los principales atractivos turísticos de Datong. Relación calidad precio inmejorable, al llegar nos ofrecieron una habitación mejor por el mismo precio (un dúplex). Decorado con mucho gusto, bien insonorizado y aislado del frío, la habitación estaba impoluta. Cuenta con ascensar a pesar de sólo tener dos pisos, algo poco común en China. El staff es familiar, muy amable. También pueden guardar tu equipaje.
