The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. Whenever we had questions or required assistance, the staff was quick to respond and always friendly. A big thank you to the team for their exceptional support during our stay, especially when our flight got canceled due to bad weather. They were always there to help us with any problems. We can’t wait for our next visit!

This hotel was really good! It was in a smaller alley, so not alot of noise, close to the ancient city. In 10 minutes walk you will already have the views of the city walls. It was very easy to reach by bus from the high speed train station (Datongnan). The room was beautiful, bed was super comfy and everything was clean. No cigarette smell either. Staff was really friendly and could speak some English which was pleasant. There is also a coffee and cocktail bar in the lobby, we only tried the coffee, but it was a nice!

EN: Had a good night. Room is very clean and very good. Service and people from the hotel are very nice and very helpful, willing to help without a doubt if you have any question or issue, truly very nice. The only ‘bad thing’ I find is if that you are a light sleeper very sensible of sounds like me, sounds like the refrigerator from the room can be a little bit annoying, but I disconnected it and was ok. In general a very good experience. ES: Pasé una buena noche. La habitación está muy limpia y es muy buena. El servicio y las personas del hotel son muy amables y serviciales, dispuestas a ayudar sin dudarlo si tienes alguna pregunta o problema, realmente muy agradables. Lo único "malo" que encuentro es que si eres una persona que duerme ligero y muy sensible a los sonidos como yo, el ruido del refrigerador de la habitación puede ser un poco molesto, pero lo desconecté y estuvo bien. En general, una muy buena experiencia.

The most helpful staff I have encountered, and I have stayed at 5 star and luxury resorts. They go above and beyond to help your every request. As a foreigner it has been tough to navigate booking tourist attractions, they assisted with helping me book attractions and organized a private driver to take me so I wouldn’t miss my train. They also gave amazing suggestions for food and even helped me exchange money!

They help a lot with valuable information. The room was the same as the pictures (big and comfortable). The coffee is really good :)

Excellent location, right at downtown Datong, ＜200m walking distance to 东方刀削面 & 蜜雪冰城 & ＜400m walking distance to 百盛 & 万达影城 . Bus stops and taxi right in front of main road. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Modern & spacious rooms @ reasonable price.
