The hotel is located at the north part of the "old" city. It's new and very nicely decorated. Our room, was unexpectedly beautiful and luxurious, with all kind of amenities we didn't expect. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and although there was a bit of a communication barrier (our Chinese is extremely basic), they managed to help us in many ways and walked the extra mile to make our stay better (including arranging transfer to the station for free). Breakfast is good, abundant, varied and beautifullly served.

Amazing little homestay style hotel near the northern part of the ancient city wall. You can enter the wall from the West side (大同古城(清远门)) and descend from north (大同古城(武定门)) or vice versa. Takes approx 10-15min walk to Huayan Temple, or you can easily didi. The place was a little hard to find at first, it is slightly hidden behind the first row of the shoplots facing the road near the roundabout. The cozy little place was serene and breakfast was simple but nice. Beds were comfy. Recommended

Very enjoyable stay at this little hotel. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond, arranging travel, suggesting outings, even sometimes playing with the kids. New fresh fruit in the room every day. All the amenities are quite new and modern. Suggestion: the elevator goes straight into the kitchen. Staff should come in through the stairs and door so they can knock and wait before entering.

The guests experienced the elegance of the Phoenix City, enjoyed the delicious cuisine of the ancient city, and did not forget to make their own steak and drink red wine in the kitchen on the third floor of the homestay. Barbie dolls and the room maids are having a lot of fun playing... Thank you for your careful feedback. Looking forward to meeting again next time

房間寬敞，乾淨，設備齊全，有浴缸並配有一次性浴缸套，很方便，毛巾和浴巾都有一次性的。早餐搭配合理，都是自己做的。民宿位置在魁星樓旁邊，到四牌樓大概10分鐘，很安靜。範姐很熱情，會告訴哪兒有好吃的，好玩兒的，也會盡量滿足客人提出的需求。很推薦哦。

還得是攜程，酒店有空房就給免費升，其他平台就很少遇到升級房間的，非常感謝範管家的熱情招待，免費幫我升級房間，不過對比了一下，還是決定住原先預訂的房間，感覺更有設計感一點，雖然在地下室，稍微冷一點，但是有地暖、空調、踢腳線電暖器，跑完澡出來直接熱到就像發燒了，睡前全部給關了。房間很大，綠植是假的，不過也不影響整體的效果，上面陽光打下來很有格調。早餐也很豐富，這個價格真的閉眼沖。

總體感覺挺好的，服務員範姐服務很好。位置離古城很近，去哪都方便。民宿挺新的，電梯還是有些味道。其他建議1，投影，純擺設。幕布很小，也對不準，沒啥用處。2，智能馬桶，既然買了，肯定是給客人用的，建議調整到舒適的方式。

房間很大，有設計感，就因為大所以給我升房，我都沒同意。大同不愧是產煤的地方，房間裏很熱！我都想開空調降温了。服務特好，提前提要求，全都能滿足。早餐也很好，可以點餐。不愛吃的提要求可以換。

此次入住可以説是我們一家人近一年中出行最滿意的一次酒店體驗。整個酒店，房間設施，佈局，美感，情調都讓人無可挑剔。小細節的房間內的茶吧，水果小吃，咖啡機。公共區域的設計，功能區一應俱全，餐食，甚至是擺盤都很到位！第一天的管家小馮無微不至的服務，地庫很大不好找，她出來地庫找我們，想要幫我們洗衣服烘乾衣服，甚至打算幫我們把衣服全部都熨一遍，我們全程都表達也不用她來做好了告訴我們就行，她還是把衣服都疊整齊送到了房間，太貼心了。第二天的管家範姐也一樣，非常熱情，給我們建議如何玩的更好，準備了很精緻的餐食。看得出酒店有很用心的管理和選人，強烈推薦，朋友圈的朋友都説要來體驗。

酒店靠近古城北門，就在魁星樓附近，很榮幸找到。逛景點或吃飯，我們都是步行去的。酒店的姐姐都很熱情，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。酒店的地暖很贊，回酒店很舒服。下次再來大同還選擇這裏。
