Tracy on the desk was brilliant. So helpful - credit to your company, she was so busy but kept a calm head, couldn’t do enough for us. Separately - more security needed in car parks at most Premier Inn sites. I have no doubt it may increase some costs but businesses will be willing to pay a supplement for peace of mind

Nice and clean, good sized room, friendly staff, especially Christine on reception, she was a star! they also had a little pumpkin hunt in the room for the little ones and they got a treat which was a nice suprise and kept the kids occupied for a while.

Warm friendly welcoming by Christine on the day. Very helpful and nothing too much bother. Rooms very clean and presentable. Modern bathroom facilities and restaurant on site. Central location for facilities outside hotel. Beefeater staff friendly with a varied menu.

Great hotel. Location is excellent and the team are really friendly. The room was spotlessly clear (their team member Laura had done a great job) and the receptionist who helped us check I likewise (Chrstina). Breakfast was gorgeous as always at the Premier Inn and the price is really good for the quality including free parking.

I was impressed with this Premier Inn. It was really good value, the room and restaurant were very clean and the staff were lovely. There was a nice little Halloween activity in the room for the kids was a lovely touch. I would stay here again if in the area.

Hi, it's me again. I've been at this hotel for 13 months and would just like say thank you to the new recruit Tracy. Tracy used to be the breakfast host next door at the Beefeater, always bubbly and happy and is the same on reception. Also thank you to Angela, Jay, Christine, Vicki and Chloe, another new recruit. From the moment we walked in we were greeted warmly by Tracy. She does a 1st class job on reception & thank you Tracy . We stayed in Room 203 . Everything in the room was great . The tea tray was looking great with tea/coffee & milk waiting for us to quench our thirsts . The bed was so inviting but first we used the bathroom for a bath & a shower which were amazing . We always enjoy our stay here .

Tracy was an incredible front of house host, she was friendly, and so helpful. What really made the experience is when I returned again for business and she remembered me. Andrea also remembered me and made sure to put me in the same room I was in last time so that things felt familiar. They both listened when I said I was a nervous guest. The best service I have ever received.

You know what you’re going to get with a Premier Inn hotel, and it was exactly that. The one thing that stood out at this Premier Inn were the staff; they were so helpful and friendly, especially Christine who checked me in and brought an iron and ironing board to my room. I would definitely recommend this Premier Inn and thank you to all the friendly staff here.
