Had issues room but was sorted out

估計在小鎮上的原因，條件比較差。房間裏沒有拖鞋，沒有吹風機。問服務員要了吹風機，第三天又給收走了，也不知道什麼神操作。餐廳位於B1，從早餐開始音樂就震耳欲聾，晚上音樂一直到10:30，也體現了三哥對音樂的熱愛之情。當然房間的隔音也別指望。另外，酒店衹提供素食，介意的朋友還是撤吧。

Our Travel agent, IHPL, New Delhi recommended this hotel for our 2-day stay in the last week of October 2025 at Darjeeling during our recent tour of this Darjeeling and Sikkim. We reached the hotel after a 3.5 hour drive from Bagdogra airport through a SUV. The hotel lobby is well decorated and our experience with reception was also quite satisfactory. The staff was very courteous and corridors were also well maintained and clean. The room provided to us was also very good with excellent view of city and distant hills from balcony. The room had excellent furnishings and all necessary provisions, including an electric kettle. The main attraction and plus point of this hotel was supposed to be a view of Kanchanjungha but as the weather was cloudy, we could just have a trace of Kanchanjungha with clouds over the hills. We took two dinners and two breakfasts in the dining room and our experience there was also extremely good. The food in this hotel is quite tasty and provides many options. The breakfast spread was very impressive and lot to offer. The dining hall had a very good ambience as well as service by the staff. During dinner, a crooner was also singing melodious songs and the whole atmosphere was excellent. We liked the hotel and recommend it to every one for stay in Darjeeling. However, the GST for the food in the restaurant is charged @18%. which is against the government rules for hotels charging less than 7500/- as room tariff. Our room tariff as paid by our travel agent on our behalf was only 5000/-. The tourists must clarify with the hotel management before planning to stay in the hotel ot take food elsewhere.

We had a great experiece at udaan Himalayan the ambience of the hotel was great. We really enjoyed the Local food cuisine it was really good

From check-in to check-out, Udaan Himalayan provided us with exceptional hospitality. The hotel staff is truly superb. I had only requested a simple cake cutting for my anniversary, but the restaurant team went above and beyond to make the occasion memorable. Even though I was alone, they made my day special with a lovely celebration, cake cutting, a small photo session, and a song played for the moment. The hotel room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished, equipped with a room heater, hair dryer, and all necessary amenities. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend Udaan Himalayan without a second thought for their outstanding service and warm hospitality.
