I recently had the pleasure of staying in the Family Premier Room at udaan nirvana resort and it exceeded all my expectations! The room boasted breathtaking views, complemented by a spacious balcony perfect for taking in the scenery. The sleeping quarters were divine, with plush pillows and an incredibly comfortable bed that made me want to snooze most of the time.! The breakfast spread was impressive, but the standout for me was the delicious dosas - a must-try!

Udaan Nirvana, it’s a beautiful property located located at Mall Road. You can enjoy Main market and property both at same time. The gentry is good and most filled by families. Not so noisy. Food is tasty. Staff is so helpful and polite. Hospitality on its peak. Highly recommended for families and couples who wants peaceful vacation.

It was an awesome and amazing stay everything was superb and fantastic. Rooms were clean and hygiene surroundings were just beyond imagination. Staff was very polite and cooperative. Food was so very delicious. I would surely visit again. But the only drawback of the property was how to reach there... As road to hotel is no driving zone so we need to take a walk and roads are very bad with no street lights which is just making it difficult if you are traveling with kids but again the experience of the property is beyond imagination. Will gv 10/10 and Five Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating

Family friendly hotel with a great view. The entrance road from Mall to the hotel is the worst and not fit for elderly citizens. Rest the facilities and staff are really great. If you are young and healthy, go for it. Nothing more to say, enjoy your trip

The experience at Udaan Nirvana was a bittersweet one but I would summarise by saying that whatever they lack in certain technical aspects of the experience, they make up in hospitality and guest experience. There was some communication gap in the room booking and allocation but the hotel staff soon made up by upgrading rooms and being very nice about it. Rest of the experience was pleasant. But I wanted to give a special shoutout to Prem at the hotel reception desk who was an absolute guy in helping me execute a certain special plan for my partner’s 30th birthday way before our check-in til the day was over. So, thank you Prem for your assistance. Keep growing! :)

I had a wonderful stay at Udaan Nirvana Resort. The views from my room were breathtaking, especially at sunrise. The staff were warm and welcoming, providing great service throughout my visit. The breakfast spread was delightful, featuring fresh local produce. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the main market. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Darjeeling!

Overall it was a good stay over the other hotels i have been to. The hospitality and nature of the staff was very good they were very helpful. Food was also good. But there is one problem that it was very difficult to find the path to the hotel until you ask 2-3 people around you. And you can only walk to the hotel that adds up too and it's a long road to the hotel.

The services are quick and nice. The ambience is excellent. Overall a great place to stay undoubtedly! The room, surrounding lawn and garden ***** with the cordial services of staffs are really worth mentioning! However the road connecting it with the Mall deserves some improvements in its conditions for more easiness! However in a short: Wonderful hospitality and pleasant experience in Darjeeling with Udaan Nirvana!

It was our friends get together after years. I really looked for the space in terms of relaxation n chill. And really we liked the place and the foods. It was homely and yet authentic in taste. We enjoyed the outside space too. I would highly recommend. The balcony room n the scenic beauty of mountain was breathtaking. But I would say, the cost is bit higher. That can be looked into. Also the roads needs to pe prepared by local authorities, it was dangerous as there are no lights at night and it’s difficult to steps easygoing.
