Excellent stay attic room was awesome with the city view, staff was excellent specially I would like to thank Halim who was the staff at the hotel he made me feel like it was a second home for me.

It was a little bit more expensive than other chain group hotels but the hospitality of the staff members was very good.

I felt very welcoming environment. Room was well maintained and clean. Food was delicious we had ordered roti and alu peas. Service was quick and good. It is near chourasta, mahakal baba dham, and church. You will not be disappointed if you are a foodie as you will get many delicious restaurant on the way to hotel.

The bedsheet and sofa were stained but since we only spent the night in the hotel and were mostly outside didn’t mind them as much, bathroom was spotless. Room was very spacious. The balcony was an added bonus to enjoy the mountain breeze. The staff are very polite. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right next to Bhanu Bhavan, 5 minutes walk from the Mall. However, if you have problems with walking, the hotel is at the end of a steep decline road from Bhanu Bhavan. Overall, slight cleanliness issues apart, Good hotel to stay at👍

Though we booked for full payment we didn't even get the proper room. The room was in the basement. Smaller size room. It was not a proper room like their other rooms in the hotel. Very bad experience.
