A small lovely hotel . Good vibes , All the floors are down below , Staff and reception are good and homely . The management representative Mr.Paul is a Nice humble *** who looked after every details and a nice person to talk to. The inhouse restaurant is very cozy and lovely. good music, good food, good lighting and caring staff. It was a pleasant stay

My 2nd time at the Lodge and this time around the Patio Restaurant had undergone a face lift and the Indian & tandoor was amazingly delicious. Sadly a recent fire had destroyed the upper floor rooms and the owner's residence but there wasnot a slightest hint of the fire. Thank you Paul for your great hospitality as always.

Worst behaviour of the management. Worst service my friends ever got. Not going to recommend to anyone else. There treatment felt like staying on there pockets. Very stubborn and rigid to even feedbacks.

I won't recommend this hotel to anyone ever.the manager's behaviour was very bad.he was very rude and mannerless.i am disappointed.my entire trip journey got spoiled because of this hotel..dont book this hotel just by looking at the images.

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers. Manager is so unprofessional. it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge...Worst Staff And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star!

Service was not good. Specially the manager's behaviour was very rude, he doesn't have any manner to to speak to the costumers, I don't know how he became a manager. I have visited lot of places,but never felt such a bad experience. The is running the reputation of this guest house.He should learn more manners how to talk how to provide good services.

I won't recommend this hotel to anyone ever. The manager should learn how to behave, he was very rude, om the day of check out we were an hour late . For this silly thing the manager behaved such a way as if we stayed there free of cost even though we were ready to pay extra charge. Don't book this hotel just seeing the pictures of the room the way we did, service was worst.

I would particularly point out to the poor service that they have. Miscommunication itself is enough to land you a single star in sa sector that thrives on positive consumer feedback. Not quite surprisingly the manager didn't know how to behave and was pretty great at making my friends feel uninvited. Charging us with hefty amounts and then making us feel like trespassers, something that none of you'd appreciated. The only thing he was great at, was the persistence needed to drag a predefined argument. I would not ask you to shun this place at first glance, as the overpriced food, ambience and view was palatable. But I'd definitely ask you folks to think before you invest on rude reception and poor management.

The manager of this property should learn how to behave. Our stay was ruined by his bad attitude and disrespect towards the guests. This should be taken care of, so that people can have a nice time at this place.
