Helios Apartments

Just love the place and all of you ;-). Nice and quiet and very friendly family. Always helpfull and offering the best service. Like to recommend Helios and Agii Apostoli to all who value a vacation on a relaxed and very beautifull place

Family orientated hotel. Close to the beach, restaurants, cafes and shops. Very clean and tidy. Very polite and friendly staff including the owners. Great full buffet breakfast with lots of home made cakes and spreads. I highly recommend it .

Clean and comfy place with good location. Extremely nice staff and very nice breakfast. Location is far enough from noisy streets, but close enough to beach. Good pool, clean toilets and showers also by the pool. Water pressure is good in the basement but a bit poor in the 2nd floor (which is typical). Definitely worth the money. Feels open and spaceous. Not confined from all edges as some other hotels in the area, thus it doesn't have the kind of "humid climate" but instead is ventilated well. Beds are nice but sofa beds are not. Plenty of good restaurants nearby, and we also did some breakfast ourselves in the cuisinette. Will come back.

The stuff and the hole service was really very friendly all the time. The location and the pool were very clean so we could spend a really relaxing holiday. We could park our car for free in front of the hotel. We can fully recommend the appartements and will come back next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Helios Apartments. We booked a semi-basement one bedroom unit for 4 nights as that was all that was available. We would recommend this place to anyone. What we liked: - Beautiful property with nice trees and greenery - Nice big, clean pool with comfortable loungers around the pool deck - Good location; near grocery stores, restaurants, and shops; 4 beaches within walking distance; and a short drive into Chania town (~15 minutes with traffic) - Plenty of parking along the quiet street - Friendly and attentive owner - Large units with plenty of space - Felt it was good value for money Better if: - The furniture and decor felt a bit dated. It was fine but the unit could use some updating to match the beautiful grounds - Some additional kitchen items would have been useful, such as a toaster oven or microwave, dish towel, paper towel Despite the "better if" items we really did love the stay, these are just our suggestions to make the experience even better.

We've stayed for 11 days in Helios apartments run by a friendly family who made every effort for the wellbeing of the guests. The rooms are spacious, well-kept and spotless clean.The snow-white linen and towels are changed every two days. The beds are confy with medium soft matresses and pillows. The kichenette had everything we needed but we didn't quite cook but made our own coffee, tea, omlette or boiled eggs . We had lunch in the restaurant as we don't like to cook during vacations. Tourists can enjoy the pool, the pool-bar,delicious cocktails at special prices during the " happy hour ". Antonis communicates easily .He was of great help ordering transfers from/,to the airport and gave us useful advice whenever we need. His parents have always been there doing their best so that everybody feel happy. We will surely come back and recommend Helios Apartments to our families and friends .
