Online sites we clearly mentioned that bed levy should be pay at reception separately. Our staffs are not rude they tried to explain about it. Sir normally we are placing complimentary water bottles in rooms. In reception its chargeable. In our breakfast buffet had multiple choices for both vegetarian and non vegetarians. If any thing apart from the buffet our Chef will prepare up on request.Looking forward to welcoming you again.Thanks & regardsGuest Relations
