On 21/02 around 2.30pm we reached at the baimajing station we supposed to find our complimentary bus to the hotel but we dont managed to get a bus. So what we did was we took a normal public buses to the hilton flower about RMB2 they gonna bring you to the haihua island no3 then to the haihua no 1 everything went smooth during check in that a one bellboy guide us till to our room with a complimentary local fruits from the hotel. We received a birthday surprise from the hotel side management and really love the effort ❤️. The room is so spacious and well maintained. The place was so calm which is i would say to those one need a perfect peaceful vacation may go to haihua island. The hotel got provided buggy services to any island area and just need to book in advance. And the hotel was so convenient with walking distance you may go to the food street restaurant and outlet clearance stocks high end brand area. And to those muslim that a 2 halal restaurant which is so convenient and affordable price. And oh yea the hotel breakfast i a lot of choices that a western and some Chinese style. And those Muslim you may get vegetarian or vegan options for your breakfast. The front desk is so friendly even that’s a language barrier but they try their best on our request with a google or we chat translate And for sure i will be back again ❤️ thank you so much for the kind and sincere service that i received, being so welcoming while i stay there and make me fill like a home ☺️

Room was very clean. Bathroom was very spacious. Elaine (front desk staff) was very helpful in terms of telling us where to go on the island and explain the light show to us. Cleaning staff are attentive.

We stayed at the cosy family room for the first night and decided to upgrade to a premier sea view suit on the second night. Both rooms were clean but the second room was much spacious. The view was fantastic too. We were very grateful that all the staffs were kind, friendly and helpful especially Cindy, Jenny and Betty. There was a great variety of scrumptious food during breakfast buffet. Plenty of shops and attractions were near the hotel. Hotel also provided free shuttle services there. Money well spent!

The hotel’s advertisement is misleading. It shows that there is a kids water park and infinity pool. The kids water park is not at the Hilton. It’s at another location and you have to pay for it. The infinity pool is only if you book a suite. The manager there said we can look at it but it was dirty and have not been cleaned for awhile. I booked 2 nights. I request with the manager to cancel the 2nd night. She said I need to request through trip.com. I submitted a request to cancel the 2nd night and no one responded to me.

It's the best hotel on the island. Their service and hospitality make to return back again. Million thanks to Manager Ms.Elaine for her care and support in all questions. She helped us from the beginning till the last goodbye. The hotel has clean and very comfortable rooms with all small features. Their restaurant is ready to offer different healthy food and drinks. The big and clean swimming pool is full of happiness and fun! We were happy to live there and kindly recommend everyone!

The front desk staff were unwelcoming, offering no smiles or greetings. When I approached them with questions, they ignored me and there were frequent interruptions while they assisted me. I also experienced repeated issues with being locked out of my room. Although my room was upgraded to an executive one, I did not have access to the executive lounge. While the breakfast offered many options, they did not suit my taste. The hotel is situated at the island's entrance, making it distant from other attractions, though they do provide a free shuttle at set intervals. The island itself feels deserted and lacks points of interest, with only the water theme park seeming to attract more visitors due to the hot weather. The manager Catherine was kind and helpful, going the extra mile to make my stay more enjoyable

Very nice hotel, good location with superb view; good size bedroom and astonishing size bathroom; staff very friendly and helpful; nice restaurant, but a bit pricy.

Stay here for one night to see the ocean flower island and the light show. The hotel room had a great view and it's right next to the food street. You just need a short walk and you can see McDonald's or KFC and a bunch of restaurants. It is walking distance to the wedding manor where they were running the light show. The hotel bed was comfy and the TV had a number of free movies to watch!! We love the hotel breakfast spread. For some weird reason there were not a lot of tourists at night at the food street and outlet mall. It's just three of us and random couples down the road. The only thing that can be improved on is the service staff at the reception. The hotel does provide buggy rides but the frequency is one hour, so I wanted to ask about train rides and how to go about the area but they weren't too friendly, so we gave up and just walked around nearby. Overall quite happy with the short one night stay.

It is an amazing hotel, look great and nice, staff here are warm and welcome, will definitely come back again.

Fantastic experience - very spacious and high-level villa, good service, expensive furniture, everything is new and clean. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Hainan!

Ocean Flower Island is a little deserted and many attractions were closed, probably due to low peak period and stagnation of the island development, but the stay in Hilton more than made up for the disappointment. Front Office Manager, Ms Judy Zhu was very helpful and accomodating. The concierge boys were very nice, especially Leo Tang and brought us around the island whenever we wanted to, even when it is not the listed shuttle timing. The executive lounge was closed due to the low occupancy but we were still able to enjoy the lounge benefits at the 1st level restaurant.. The restaurant manager even told us we can order food that is not listed on their menu for the high tea and happy hour and the chef will try to whip up the dish. Room furnishing is new and looks better and more modern than the other 2 Hilton hotels that I have stayed during this vacation in Guangzhou and Sanya. I would highly recommend Hilton if you are planning to visit Ocean Flower Island in Hainan.

Hilton at Haihuadao or Ocean flower island is located near to most of the attractions on the island. The on demand buggy pickup is a plus when you are tired of walking anywhere on the island. The breakfast spread is good with enough variety for Western and Locals. Jenny at the breakfast service provided friendly and attentive service making the experience enjoyable.
