The hotel is extremely popular for families, highly recommended for families and little kids. The pool was closed 🥲

First time staying at Ocean Flower Island and Castle Hotel. Huge hotel with 5000+ rooms. We did not expect to find some facilities (e.g. swimming pools, etc) are closed for maintenance. Free shuttle bus to & from the railway station provides convenience for guests. While the front desk staff might not be as knowledgeable & helpful in our queries, the personal butler had provided us with excellent service. She is accessible via WeChat and highly responsive to all our queries. Thank you 管家 晓月 for making our stay a pleasant one!

Good service provided by Manager, Mr Han, and his team. In particular Miss Mai, relation executive at Front Desk. A comfortable and clean rooms for all the 4 units we occupied. Highly recommended.

Hotel quality, location on the island both good. The only problem most of the retail / restaurant are not open

A big hotel and the family room is big. But note that the single bed is actually a bed for children and it is hard. Nothing much to do on the island. Hotel is far from sights.

Have our one night stay at this huge hotel. Room was clean & served with great breakfast. Definitely worth the stay for the price that we paid for.

Breakfast was good but lots of guests - crowded. Our family room was big but the two other double rooms were rather small. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

We had a fantastic holiday here. The view is amazing, easily connected with WIFI, and we had a very good sleep. It's very quiet at night but full-on during the day. We were a little disappointed about the breakfast selection for Westen food, not too much to choose from, and it was extremely crowded, some people were lucky to find seats, we wouldn't book breakfast here if we come back again.

1st impression, grand and gigantic. 4 castles concept, brilliant idea and truly following the theme - i booked the Glacier Castle. Breakfast place was huge and organised and food spread is commendable. Food tasted excellent; certainly will meet international travellers' choice and taste buds. The challenge is language - literally none of the staff speaks English. As you enter the hotel, look out for the trolley train which you can (for a fee) hop on and off throughout the day (unlimited) - remember to watch the beautiful sunset at the right location. Another highlight is the complimentary light show - spectacular! The resort has an entire building (separate from the hotel) with indoor swimming pools and sports. You can however find the gym at the main hotel building. Disappointment for the kids - as the water parks were not operating at the time i was there. There are the twin beaches and great strolls you can take to a food village and there are brand outlets that you can shop till you drop. I must comment that i love the assistance extended to me by McDonald's staff at the Island, they were great - grab your burgers and head to the beach for a picnic! The breakfast buffet was delicious. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay on Hainan Island.

SERVICE IS EXCELLENT, STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL ESPECIALLY MISS SIAU QIN AND MISS SIAU YUEN. THE ROOM IS SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE. LOCATION IS GOOD. WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEAUTIFUL BEACHES. PLENTY OF RESTAURANTS AROUND THE AREA. TRANSPORT IS EASILY AVAILABLE. BREAKFAST IS VERY GOOD, WITH ORIENTAL AND WESTERN SPREAD.
