lily and her team were excellent. I was visiting to run the marathon and could not have asked for more. Special packs for us when we arrived. Early breakfast as we needed to get to the race. Special tea and a hot flannel for runners after the race Very impressive to all the staff. Thank you. Francis. Rm 359

We received a nice gift to prepare for Marathon. The hotel was very close to the start line which was excellent to return back to the hotel quickly after the run. The manager could speak English which was very helpful.

The room was good. Spacious and clean. The staffs such as receptionist, bellboy, cleaner are all helpful and friendly. The hotel manager even gave us a few complimentary cookies by the time of check out. The breakfast is good, though kind of limited options. Good location, not at busy and noisy area, but convenient as there are a few eateries and convenient store in walking distance.

房間特別大，木質傢俱都有包漿了，大陽台配了晾衣架特別棒，早餐豐富，現做的腸粉和堡仔粥特別新鮮，因為一個人爬吃不完還給特別按分量定製。衞浴設備稍顯陳舊，提出意見後前台立馬現場確認給予安排就近換房，這服務確實不錯！

每年跑馬拉松都住這裏，雖説每年馬拉松那天漲價漲得離譜，但是它離起點近啊。服務還是很到位的！入住的馬拉松加油禮包，跑完第二天門口的薑糖水和熱毛巾，細節拉滿！雖然貴，但是讓你覺得物有所值。儋馬起點不變明年還會住這裏。

此次入住儋州福朋喜來登酒店，堪稱完美。房間佈局合理，採光極佳，設施一應俱全且維護良好，智能門鎖、高速網絡等細節盡顯現代化便捷。床褥極為舒適，彷彿置身雲朵之上，一夜酣眠。服務人員小唐小許熱情有禮，專業素養極高，無論是前台辦理入住時的高效耐心，還是客房服務人員的隨叫隨到、有求必應，都給人賓至如歸之感。

酒店的服務，總體上還是非常到位的。參加馬拉松來的，酒店精心準備了各種薑湯和能量補給，早餐也提前到5:30，做得很好。當然馬拉松期間的房價也不低，建議提前定。

設施：停車場較大，有充電樁，早餐品種還可以，離公園，吃飯購物都較遠，晚上比較安靜，去臨安角，海南環島旅遊公路開車方便，價格也不高，自駕儋州首選。
