시기리야에서 하루 더 쉬려고 담불라 주변에 예약했는데 2시간 얼리체크인 해주셨어요 직원들 진짜 친절하고 수영장 옆 레스토랑 사장님 찐으로 친절하심 그리고 룸서비스도 해주고 덕분에 푹 쉬고 갑니다 호텔이 넓어서 산책하기 좋았는데 트리탑 한번 가보세요 거기서 요가하면 진짜 좋을듯 수영장은 가고싶었는데 서양인들이 너무 많아서 ㅋㅋㅋ 담날 새벽 택시예약해주시고 조식도 포장해주셔서 감사했어요 방은 사진이랑 동일하고 엄청 넓어요

One of the best hotels to stay in. The rooms are spacious the surroundings are awesome. The staff is so friendly and the food and beverage and service outstanding. There is a tree house to dine on request and a stream if you prefer to take a dip instead of the pool. It's a bit away from the main road which makes it special. It's like staying in nature but with all the modern comforts. To top it off the location is rather central to visit other historical and touristic areas.

I stayed for two night with my family.The hotel is an excellent destination for nature lovers. Rooms are clean and comfertable. The tree top is also a perfect place to dine. Food is delicious and the staff is nice. Highly recommend The hotel.

I visited the place with my family. Very friendly staff. Delicious food and a stunning environment covered with forest. Rooms comfortable and clean.Moreover there are many fun activities to do like safaries, cycle riding and etc. Highly recommend the hotel.

My stay at Hotel Sigiriya was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location with stunning views of Sigiriya Rock was breathtaking. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool was a great place to relax, and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sigiriya.

Amaara forest, its a beautiful property set innthe forest. Ideal for nature lovers as the place is covered with trees and species that you truly get to spend time with nature. Comfortable rooms, a decent spread of food and helpful staff, makes it even better. We had a pleasant stay. Hotel should consider having soft oriental music played during lunch and dinner to suit the environment.

The hotel is okay, if you are expecting a 2-3 star experience. If you expect more as advertised you will be disappointed, the most disappointing thing is that the road quality is so bad, that with regular cars the passage can be very difficult and at times impossible. We were left standing on the side of the main road in the dark night with no way to get to the hotel and no refund, the hotel was of no help whatsoever. After 2 hours we managed to organise a way to get there, as there are no transfer jeeps from the hotel for these situations, nor was anything offered. Every time you must pay for a tuk tuk, walking by foot can be iffy because of elephants, the AC has broken settings so using it in the night is unrealistic, the fridge was warm upon arrival, and lots of beatles and quite cute frogs in the shower. Hygiene is okay, pool area mediocre, fotos not really realistic, food is yet to be tested.

Really not sure what everyone is seeing that I am not. The surroundings are wonderful and that the end of it. The food is basic, they run out of a lot of drinks, basic things like coke and soda water. The rooms are basic, but they are clean. Our bath room had damp and signs of a leak and seemed really sad looking. Could do with an upgrade. The pool area is ok. Nothing luxurious about this hotel at all 2-3 stars at best.

Amara forest is an amazing experience. Its interior is carved through without disturbing the forest . Birds, peacocks, monkeys and other forms of wildlife surround you. A creek runs through the property and if you sit close to it the sound is quite relaxing. Tree house restaurants, great food, lovely comfortable rooms with air conditioning, WiFi and cable TV. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
