Our stay at Beit Zafran was nothing short of amazing. The architecture of this Ottoman mansion, restored to perfection, is a sight to behold. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making the experience feel incredibly authentic. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. The breakfast was sumptuous, a perfect start to the day in Damascus. Highly recommended, and without a doubt, my first choice whenever I'm in this part of the city.

This is a traditional Arabian styled hotel that offers a 5 stars service in all area. All staff are very kind and helpful. One of them even helped me secure a bus ticket back to Amman. Located inside the old city of Damascus, very good and quiet area and also in a walking distance to every attraction inside the wall.

A luxurious boutique hotel with exquisite attention to detail. The cherry on the cake to your visit to Damascus to stay in a traditional Damascene hotel with all the modern comforts you could need. It is an oasis is of tranquility despite being I n the heart of the historic old city. Very polite staff who speak fluent English and always available to help. Delicious food and plenty of space to relax after a busy day sight seeing.

The location is wonderful - right in the centre and meanwhile being nice and quiet. We had the best sleep in a while - quiet aircon, no disturbance from outside busy town. We also very much enjoyed yummy breakfast with huge selection of choices. The staff is super polite and helpful and the facilities are exceptional. Suited for romantic couple trips, solo travelers or business. We'll surely be back the next time we are in Damascus.

Beautiful, original Damascene house with all the features in the heart of the old city, It's extremely peaceful. It's great value compared to other luxury hotels, definitely worth an upgrade to a room with a stone bath tub. And the staff are kind, which is the most important thing.

This is a fantastic hotel with a wonderful atmosphere and the most helpful, friendly and professional staff. Clean, warm, quiet, spacious and safe. The breakfast is excellent and very generous. Absolutely recommended both for holiday and work stays. The hotel is placed in a quiet alley in the old city close to Bab Touma.

An exceptional hotel, in a beautiful setting with attentive and kind staff. The breakfast was spectacular, as was the hotel's architecture. The area is as safe as it gets in Damascus and you get to experience some of the wonders of the old city on top of it all.

An incredible hotel in the heart of the Old City. The staff is attentive, kind and went out of their way to make us feel at home in the beautiful environs of Beit Zafran. The breakfast is incredible, the rooms immaculate and spotlessly clean, the setting incredibly relaxing and sensitively restored. A hundred percent stay here. Bravo.

An amazing hidden gem in the old city of Damascus. Jehad and his team went over and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. We l enjoyed their nice breakfast. The fast internet connection and the central location are great as well. Definitely recommended a lot.
