Dalyan Live Spa Hotel

Lovely hotel recommended by friends who stayed last year. Beautiful location. Friendly staff. Breakfast good choice. Lady cooking fresh omelette, scrambled eggs. Clean air conditioned rooms. Used the spa there which was lovely. Would stay again

Love this hotel,although no beach resort, you can get a boat around the corner to take you to the beach.We found it very comfortable nice rooms lots of hot water,very clean, you may want to ask for a top sheet rather than the rather rough bed cover they have.Staff charming,excellent pool, good breakfast. The bar drinks are expensive, they provide light meals at lunch. The town is a 15 minute walk or a 5 min taxi ride, but is rammed with restaurants, and bars. , and very lively. Word of warning because this resort in on the river expect mosquitos, so cover yourself from head to foot in repellent before going out at night.Mosquito repellent much cheaper to buy in supermarkets there than in uk, a lot of restaurants supply it for free.We had Turkish bath and massage in spar well woth it as soon as you get there before you start tanning wonderful.

We have had a wonderful two week family holiday at Dalyan Live Spa hotel. Great, very clean facilities. Special thanks to the staff who worked hard to make us feel welcome. In particular Eyup, Emre, Berat, Cetin and the breakfast lady. Highly recommended. Can't fault the hotel at all.

Just returned from Dalyan Live Spar (22/05) will try to be perfectly fair and split the review into pros and cons. The pros being the whole site is spotlessly clean, lovely pool, no sunbed wars, limited but good breakfast, bar and restaurant prices reasonable and good quality. Good size bedroom and comfortable bed, quiet evening/night. Very friendly staff. 10-15 minute walk to Dalyan centre or £3.50 taxi. Was given free 3 hour checkout extention, thank you. Now the cons, the 'room lottery' we were allocated 216 which is 1st floor overlooking the road, worst 'view' we have ever had in Turkey, immediately asked for a room change, told no chance, hotel full. Still on the balcony they are roughly made of wood and in need of restaining. They are furnished with two upright 'recycled' (painted white) dining chairs (very uncomfortable) and a well used plastic table. If you have any room other than a 1st floor outside facing one you will have a large bathroom with walk in shower. We drew the 'short straw' and had a very small bathroom with a cubicle shower, I can only assume the allocation is made on the size of the guest, large people wouldnt fit in these showers! The room we had did not meet a 4 star rating due to balcony and bathroom, perhaps 2/3 stars. The unfair aspect of this is we paid the same price as people who had far superior rooms. Final point, one of the reasons I chose the Live Spar was that it had a gym, well in the time I was there the two treadmills were 'out of order' both of which together with the cross trainer could best be described as 'home use only.' Dalyan is lovely but wont return to the Live Spa in case I lose the lottery again and get a 2/3star room! (please view photos).

Lovely hotel. Staff are really friendly and look after you whilst there. Rooms are lovely and very well presented. Pool is lovely and water crystal clear. Prices at the bar and food there are very reasonably priced. My only gripes was around the pool area, sun bed cushions are very grubby and the floor around the pool is needing swept on a daily basis due to the leaves but never was and the ash trays/plant pots were never emptied. The view from our room could do with a little attention to detail as seen in the photos. Black bin bags that were there from when we arrived to the day we left and old trellis that was broken just seemed to be dumped on the roof by the restaurant area. Seemed to be a dumping ground.

My husband and I have just returned from our fourth time at the hotel. It is exceptionally clean and my room was very comfortable. There is a large garden to relax in and listen to the birds and the boats chugging up and down the river. There is a wide selection of delicious food for breakfast, both hot and cold. All the staff are hardworking and friendly. Thanks must go to Tunc who sorted out my room request. That was much appreciated. We had a wonderful holiday and will be back next year.
