We booked a room for my son to stay in on his way back to college. En route, he lost his license. The night manager at the desk refused to allow him to check jn despite having several other forms of ID and a prepaid room through *******. I understand it is “policy,” but come on. If he had zero ID, OK. If the room wasn’t paid for in advance, fine. But under these conditions, the guy was just being an unhelpful twit hiding behind a ridiculous rule that I am certain he could have worked around if he had just felt like helping out a poor college kid. I can only hope this man has several children of his own and that they all wind up having to spend a night sleeping in a car at a rest area, preferably in rapid succession, so he can enjoy that sleep-depriving parental experience since he seemed quite willing to consign my family to this fate.

As a Lifetime Diamond, I have stayed at Hilton properties on at least 4 continents. In my opinion this is quite possibly the worst Hilton property I’ve ever stayed at. It should be condemned and at a minimum de-certified as a Hilton property. It is obviously suffered years of housekeeping and maintenance neglect. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve never had such a dirty feeling as I did at this property. Due to time and scheduling matters I didn’t move to another location. Big mistake. Please see the attached photos that will speak for themselves. Bugs in room. Broken room items. Rusted out railings. Trash piled up. Absolutely disgusting carpet. And on and on and on… Additionally, in my opinion, there were numerous shady characters that were constantly around the property and were apparently staying there. In my opinion, absolutely do NOT allow your family, especially with kids to stay at this property. Not only do I consider this property a health hazard due to the numerous dead/alive bugs I found in my room it could also present a safety hazard due to the questionable people milling about there.

I expected much better from a Hampton Inn. The exterior appeared quite run down. The lighting fixtures were very beat up, many of the power outlets in the room were broken. The floor & carpets were visibly dirty. Quite disappointing. I’ll make sure I don’t stay here again.

We felt fairly deceived. This is NOT a hotel, this is a motel. Doors all open to the outside. That's on me for not paying attention. One look at the room and I was on the phone to the Diamond Desk and canceled the reservation and booked across the street at the Hilton Garden Inn. The room as dank and dark. Not what I would expect from any Hilton property.

The room was pretty clean, but not perfectly. The renovations were fairly recent it felt like, but not top quality. The first floor room smelled pretty strange - a bit Smokey, maybe a pet odor. Not really sure. It was not horrible, it just was not what we expected for a Hilton property.

Save your money and book at the Motel 6, same accommodations for less money. This Hampton Inn was a total disappointment and not what I would expect from a Hilton product. Smelly rooms, outdoor entry, old dated decor, dirty carpets and the list goes on.

Believe the reviews - Not your typical Hampton Inn at all. All exterior doors and you have to walk outside to get to the lobby. Lobby looked Hampton, but then you get in the room and only the linens make it Hampton. Missing drawer on dresser, no clock, musty, and no bedding or pillows for pullout bed. Would’ve left if I wasn’t exhausted from long drive. Stay elsewhere - not worth the price
