Holiday Inn Express Medical - Market Ctr

Pleasent experience overall. Facility a bit dated but well maintained with friendly staff and a quiet room.

工作人員很熱情，美式早餐，還算比較齊全，炸土豆非常好吃，外脆裏嫩，非常的nice。咖啡機也很高級，可以滿足不同需求。

酒店不在市區，交通不太方便，服務還可以！酒店性價比還比較經濟，今後再有機會來達拉斯一定要租車出去在周邊遊覽。

Scary area. I was not comfortable there at night. The staff was nice, we didn't see many as we were there for a quick stay. I dont remember being offered Breakfast, That traffic- ugh. Overall, it was a nice hotel. I just wished for more light outside and a feeling that I was safer.

Illegally charge for Service Animals (notified ADA). Attempted to contact the Hotel before AND after stay - they just ignore emails and calls. Mold in sink, bleached and torn carpeting and shower curtains. No restaurant and bar for dinner as advertised so we purchased food from Sam's, but there are no microwaves in the rooms either. Roaches crawling out from behind the bathroom mirror. Only 1 working elevator (out of 3). Had to walk my dog through the restaurant to get to the stairwell. And the front bay is collapsing so it is taped off with yellow tape. I was hesitant to place such a bad review because I have been an IHG Employee (Manager) for over 20yrs and I know how difficult it can be sometimes, but once they broke the law by charging for my Service Animal (AFTER I told them her jobs and they agreed to reverse the charge, but STILL haven't...and now are refusing to) - I felt I needed to bring this to the publics attention. I was injured on the job back when I was a First Responder and I don't appreciate being discriminated against because I can no longer walk on my own. We canceled our future stay and would rather drive further to our venue than have our money stolen from us. NEVER again!
