It is only a few minutes drive to all the hot spots of Dallas such as Downtown, Fair Park/Starplex, Deep Ellum, the Convention Center, Uptown, Bishop Arts, Uptown, and more! The place is equipped with modern amenities like high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs with free Netflix and Hulu, board games, high quality mattress for a good night sleep, and more! NO PARTY ALLOWED!About pets:Pets allowed: limit 2 total.Pets are allowed with $200 extra fee per stay.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Child have to be under supervision from adult.About customRules:1. Late check out after 10:00 am without confirming will be charged $50 per hour.
