After arriving at the hotel around 8pm, it took us about 30 minutes before we could get checked in. They only had one person servicing the front desk with many people waiting. We booked the executive suite hoping to get a decent room with a view. Instead, we got one that was dirty with the view of unfinished building walls from the bedroom window. We asked to change the room, but were told no other rooms were available. We went down to breakfast where we encountered another problem that did not allow me and my family to eat together. At that point they said they would change the room for us but it was already too late for that kind of compensation. We immediately requested a refund for the second night.. Anyway.. everything happens for a reason, Ctrip helped us to figure out this inconvenience and we moved to a much more welcoming and clean hotel..
