When i arrived to check in, the doorbell is not helpful, not trying to help to bring my heavy luggage until my room, just put it behind me when i checked in and leave it without helping to bring into my room and i need to bring it my self

This Shangri-La does not have the iconic aroma smell in the lobby area. And throughout our stay of 2N, we noticed they do not have the iconic smell! How disappointing. The front desk lady is professional but service without smile. Very robotic. We visited the lobby lounge and we were served by this waitress that is just doing her job, not friendly. The breakfast is awesome, Shang's standard. Room is old and need a facelift badly. A far cry from the other Shang that I've visited.

Had a great time. House keeping was super attentive and even left us some notes. Was great. Will stay here again.

The hotel is 10-15mins walk from the subway station, close to restaurants and there is a mall next to the hotel.

The room was clean and even supplied daily fruit. The service was helpful and spoke English. Centrally located in Dalian this made it easy to see several different points of interest. Will visit again!

Is a nice hotel, with a bunch of available services. Was a pity they don't have a biguer room or family rooms available , so we get a tween room, that was fine also. Restaurant is good, breakfast have a good varaiaty of food . Location is great, not far for many interesting places in the city.
