Beautiful and clean room with nice view of the lake. Room cleanliness is excellent and they are very kind to offer 2 way transfer to the high speed rail even though the booking indicates only one way. The breakfast and afternoon tea are not only delicious, they ensure it looks as good as it tastes.
Even though the weather wasn’t perfect in the last few days, we truly enjoyed our stay at the accommodation.

Location of the minsu is in a very peaceful area up in a little hill which let you have a very good view of erhai. It will be a nice place for you to chill and relax. There are afternoon tea, before bed milk and daily top up of the drinks in the room. Lady boss was very nice and make sure that our needs are met. She woke up earlier to prepare breakfast for us before we left even though it was before the official breakfast time and even arranged for a cab to send us back to the train station.

My stay at Dali Shushanju Seaview Holiday Villa was truly exceptional, thanks largely to the attentive and accommodating Lady Boss. She was incredibly intuitive to our needs, providing full and heartfelt service throughout our visit. From sharing delicious breakfast and afternoon tea with us to offering thoughtful amenities, her hospitality made us feel truly cared for.
The facilities were excellent—especially the washing clothes area, which was very convenient. While the dryer was slightly slower than expected, I completely understand that it’s designed to protect the clothes, and it didn’t diminish the overall experience.
Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and offered one of the best views of the sea—absolutely breathtaking and perfect for relaxing and soaking in the scenery. The breakfast was nutritious and served with genuine warmth, reflecting the Lady Boss’s attentive nature and dedication to guest satisfaction.
Transportation arrangements were seamless and of top-notch quality, making our travel around the area effortless and comfortable.
Overall, this holiday villa offers a perfect blend of comfort, scenic beauty, and heartfelt service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene seaside getaway with hosts who truly go the extra mile.

My stay at Shushanju Seaview Holiday Villa in Dali was absolutely wonderful! The villa offered stunning views of the lake, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a perfect home away from home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring every need was met. We had an amazing stay with this villa. It was clean, quiet and peaceful. Breakfast with great too! We would like to specially thank our host for being themselves by taking care of us whenever necessary. Their kindness with all our queries and help within and after our stay was really heartfelt!

Dali Shushanju Seaview Holiday Villa (Bohai Branch) is one of the best homestays we’ve ever experienced. From start to finish, it was warm, welcoming, and absolutely delightful. The hosts are exceptionally kind and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They stayed in touch before our arrival to provide helpful information and ensured we could easily contact them. Despite our late arrival, they graciously helped us order food delivery, ensuring we had a proper meal after a long journey.
The villa itself is stunning—very, very pretty, immaculately clean, and perfectly positioned facing the breathtaking Yunnan Erhai Lake. Waking up to such a serene view was a true highlight of our stay.
Our room was cosy, thoughtfully prepared, and complete with a welcoming fruit basket that added a lovely personal touch. The villa also provides free access to a washing machine and dryer, which is incredibly convenient for travellers.
Breakfast was exceptional, featuring a generous spread of porridge, *mi xian*, bao, salad, sunny-side-up eggs, and fresh fruits—everything was delicious and well-prepared The hosts’ attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly stood out.
This villa is a gem, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dali!

This villa is located at the middle of the hill side where you can view the scenery Er Hai especially the top floor.
Booked a room that is located at the ground floor. Big and spacious room for the Family Friendly room. Had a free upgrade with a better view of scenery of the Er Hai but had to climb up the stairs. So stick back to my booking.
Their services is top notch. Before I arrive they make sure that I was being picked up. I used their recommended driver for 1 day tour around the whole of Dali. Daily breakfast was done at the timing that you wanted to have. Their afternoon tea snack has a variety of snacks to choose to. As we could not link to their local take away food delivery, they helped us, recommend the food.
Mini fridge all the drinks you can drink and they replaced it daily.
Their view and location is easily accessible by Didi. If coming back to Dali, I will come back and stay again.
