Room service is good, but the breakfast service does not meet the standards expected of a 5-star hotel at all. When having breakfast, you can hear waitresses talking very loudly and the waitresses walk as if they're wearing slippers. Even more absurdly, they're sweeping the floor while guests are having breakfast.

Lovely room with a great view of Erhai Lake. Although staff did not speak English they were extremely helpful, in particular on our last day when there were no available taxis to take us to the train station the hotel manager took us.

I was very impressed with Dali International Hotel. The hotel facilities, decor, service and Rooms were exceptional. I was especially impressed with the rooms. We book a room facing the Erhai Lake and with a balcony. The room was spacious, very modern and impeccably clean. The only negative I would say is that the a la carte menu for the western restaurant is very limited. I hope this can be improved. Also the changing rooms at the swimming pools was not very clean. Overall it was a Magnificent Stay at Dali International Hotel and This would be my first choice hotel anytime that I come to Dali.

Thank you very much for the wonderful experience. The hotel is located right next to the ErHai lake. The fresh air blowing to the hotel is fresh and perfect. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is also very spacious and clean. Equipped with everything you need. The breakfast is delicious. The dinner buffet is also delicious with many options. 服務：很好，前台小姐姐免費升級了房間。 酒店新中式裝修，很大氣。這個房型有個開放式大陽台，對於禁煙酒店，又愛抽煙的人絕對是個很好的選擇。 衞生：隨處可見，阿姨們在認認真真的到處打掃衞生。 環境優美，鬧中取靜，可觀海，去機場和大理古鎮都方便。

要離開大理才發現這個酒店，位置非常便利，在市區的好位置，離高鐵很近。房間舒服，很中式，重點酒店園區很大，綠化打理得非常不錯，逛園區有一種植物園的感覺，比去很多景區都有意思，唯獨就是酒店太大，容易迷路，服務人員不多，需要問詢的時候經常找不到人。

酒店大堂靚麗大氣，前台服務小姐李靈江，熱情耐心，客房服務先生楊聖海，熱情周到，酒店早餐豐富，健康，營養，酒店離遊船碼頭很近，非常方便遊船觀光洱海美景。酒店升級了房型，陽台美景如畫，空氣清新，心情舒暢。

免費升級了白淵樓陽台大床房，房間很大很乾凈。陽台還可以看到洱海，夜景很美麗！房間的洗漱用品是自然堂的，味道香香的甜甜的 很喜歡

房間真的好乾凈，設施一點不老舊，非常高端豪華上檔次，服務很周到細心，酒店很大也很美。地地道道的五星級酒店！是從洱海三千多民俗過來的，還是喜歡這家，距離高鐵站15分鐘，機場也很近。
