I had a great stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the location was good enough. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a checkout gift to take home, which was a nice touch. Highly recommended.

Very close to Lijiang old town south gate. Many shops and restaurants in the area. Accessible by car and Didi. The staffs were nice and super helpful. Included breakfast was great

Eventhough no water supply in Dali, but they still doing their best to make sure their customer staying with comfortable. Serve us rose tea and Breakfast also nice. Somemore when we check out, ready souvenir for apologize🥰

Very homely place. 馒头姐and her team are very friendly and helpful. She is very helpful and knowledgeable, managed to help us plan our schedule for us despite a short stay there to maximise our time. They do not have lift but they will assist to bring our luggages up and down. Very wonderful stay for us

During my recent stay at this hotel I had an excellent experience. The hotel itself was modern and spacious, offering all the comfort I needed. It was also located just outside the ancient town, which was only a short five-minute walk away, making it very convenient. There were also plenty of food options nearby, so I never had to worry about where to eat (thought honestly even if the restaurants nearby are not your liking it’s quite easy to get food delivered using one of the food delivery apps). What truly set this place apart was the exceptional service from the manager. She was genuinely friendly and incredibly helpful, going out of her way to ensure I had a great stay. Since I arrived two days before the May Day holiday, she advised me to plan my trip around Er Hai Lake a day early to avoid the holiday crowds. I’m so grateful for this advice because my trip around the lake was smooth and enjoyable, with minimal crowds. By the time I was heading back to the hotel, I could already see the traffic building up with the incoming holiday tourists and I can only imagine how bad the traffic was around the lake the next day. According to the driver it is not uncommon to encounter standstill traffic at around parts of the lake requiring around 2-3 hours to clear during the peak periods. Not only did she provide valuable advice, but she also arranged a driver for my lake trip on very short notice, and at a price much better than what I could find elsewhere. Her local knowledge didn’t end there—she recommended great places to eat and gave me tips on where to buy local specialties and what to avoid, which really helped me make the most of my time in Dali. One general tip would be to be selective of the stores in the ancient town as they might not offer the best value. I would however recommend adding the hotel on WeChat prior to arriving just in the event that you encounter some difficulty in locating the hotel since it is not located along the main road, there is however direct road access to the main door of the hotel. Overall, the hospitality here was outstanding, and I genuinely felt well taken care of. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dali.

I had a fantastic experience at this homestay! The service was excellent, and the property was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The hosts were welcoming and made sure all my needs were met, making my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Staff was great and were helpful. They had hot Pu'er tea, milk tea, and rose tea at the lobby. Suggest requesting first floor for older folks because there is no elevator. 7 min walk to Dali Ancient City, 3 min walk out to a main street where a ton of food street vendors set up in the evening.

Clean and comfortable hotel room, but the Mountain View as expected didn’t see it clearly. Hotel breakfast is nice but would prefer more varieties instead. The milk tea was nice. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

The direction to the hotel is rather a bit confusing but the location is close by to many eateries and not far from ancient town. The room was spacious and relatively clean. Would recommend.

The hotel is at a quiet corner but within 10 minutes walking distance to the South Gate of the Old Town with plenty of eateries around. The rooms are clean and spacious, although not much of a view. The hospitality is exceptional. The warmth and the sincerity can be felt! They are very prompt in all my enquiries, and welcoming our arrival with all the necessary details. Highly recommended!

The place is walking distance to old town and it’s convenient, food street just around the corner. The staff are friendly n upgrade our room to mountain view room. We have a pleasant stay in Dali and will revisit if we going to Dali again.
