Cleanliness and customer service can be improved further to meet Good standard. My hotel room (with double single beds) wasn’t as clean as I have expected (as compared to the ones I have stayed in Kunming) cos I could find hairs on the floor (unswept). Location wise, it really depends on your stay objectives. Frankly speaking, the hotel venue is very far from those iconic tourist attractions such as S-Wan or Gu Cheng. However, the hotel is located just opposite Dali Railway Station, making arriving and leaving for the station a breeze.

Hotel is directly opposite Dali station where you just need to cross the overhead bridge. Clean and spacious room. Only comment will be the disappointing breakfast. The cereal was stale and hard to chew/swallow. No live TV channels and require account login:

Location is very close from railway station so it is easy to find a hotel. But cleaning was very not satisfied because I was not clean sink at all and one towel didnt change But breakfast was very good And people was nice

The hotel receptionists service are definitely not up to standards. Checked in at approx. 10am, there were 3 staffs at the counter, one of them was busy handling another guest in front of me and the other 2 just stood there and watched?? No one actually approached me.. and they are stingy with their greetings as well. Given said that, i was able to check in early w/o xtra charges. Hotel fixtures and fittings were old and the lifts doesnt look like a passenger lift. few things commendable about this hotel are their spotless beddings and scrumptious breakfast buffet.

Overall is good, location also great as close to the station whereas the breakfast is nice. However; the Floor dirty is the concern, and remain of cigarette around window 🥲

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Its location is very convenient as it is very near Dali Railway Station and it is also convenient to visit other tourist spots from the hotel. Upon arrival from the Dali Railway station, you can use the pedestrian overpass (with an elevator) to cross to the opposite side and walk for around 10 minutes to reach the hotel's entrance. No one speaks English among the hotel front desk staff but they go out of their way & patiently communicate with English speaking tourists through the google translate phone software. To go to tourist areas from the hotel is very convenient. You can ride the public bus in front of the parking lot which is located in front of the hotel. Bus 4 will bring you to the gate of the Three Pagodas of Dali & Chongsheng Temple. Bus 8 will bring you near the North Gate of Dali Ancient City. The bus fare as of Nov 2024 is 3 yuan per person. To go to the Erhai Lake ecological corridor, you can take a taxi (which is around 10 minutes ride) from the hotel. The hotel also provides free bottled water to their guests. Just get the bottled water in front of the table located near the elevator. The breakfast selection is delicious. Some tourists like us are not used to eating dishes using chopsticks. I hope the hotel could also provide spoon & fork as utensils for use by foreign tourists. The only downside of the hotel is that as smoking is allowed everywhere, one could smell cigarette smoke in the hotel lobby and corridors. To improve air quality, it is suggested that the hotel open the front door/windows so more fresh air could come in or perhaps, they could install air purifiers to purify the air.

Infront of Dali train station, 20-25 min to historical town.

The hotel is located right opposite of the Dali Train Station, so it is very convenient if you have an early train to catch. Moreover, the price per night is reasonable with breakfast included. Room is very clean and all amenities were provided.

Location is conveniently located within 5-10min walking distance from the Dali train station exit. There's escalators and lift to the bridge that crosses over from the train station. Just note that location is 20min ++ drive away from the Dali Ancient City. Gave a 4 stars for amenities as we encountered sudden cold water while showering on the first night, and the toilet lights in the room could not be turned off. Hotel facilities might need to be upgraded soon. Staff service made up for these shortcomings as response was prompt from staff to rectify our room's tv issue on the first day.

Excellent location right next to the Dali Station. Aircon is not working and is spewing out hot air. Even though I open the window, it is a small window and doesn’t cool the room down sufficiently, making the room stuffy. Wanted to get some ice cubes but reception said the hotel do not provide ice cubes. No bell boys to help with luggage as well.

Well located . Hotel room was excellent for the cost.

為了第二天努力工作，作為一個牛馬人，帶着客户披星戴月的在晚上12點前趕到酒店，因為這裏離火車站近便，從出口出來隔着一個天橋基本就到了，下車再晚也不怕折騰了。前台辦理入住還算挺快的，房間不大也足夠了，衞生間洗浴乾濕分離。房間空調基本沒用，所以不用開了，要不晚上還有噪音，熱水充足洗澡都沒問題，隔音效果稍微差點。早餐在二樓，拿着房卡就餐就行，品類還算不錯。整體來説趕早晚動車的話，這裡是最方便的。酒店有自有停車場，停車也方便。
