As a female solo traveller, it’s a must and foremost important to stay in a safe place. J K Clarks Exotica ticks this parameter at first instance. I had a wonderful stay at JK Clarks Exotica. The location was excellent, offering breathtaking views of the mountains from balcony and easy access to nearby attractions like Gandhi Chowk. The room was clean and spacious ensuring a comfortable experience. The staff was courteous and attentive, always ready to assist. The breakfast and dinner spreads were particularly delightful with a decent selection. The staff at the restaurant were really attentive and helpful. Overall, it was a delightful and memorable experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and great stay in Dalhousie. Only one thing to be mentioned…they should have given a room in higher floor.

The scenic beauty was awesome.Staff was very nice and cooperative and the food was very tasty.Highly recommended.House keeping staff was nice.The place was in hygienic conditions and clean.We are satisfied with the services.Realy love this place.

The hotel is a very neet and clean the staff is very loyal and disent punctual the time the the location is good, and window view is amazing and the many taupes of facilities they are providing like bar gam zon and avery things,but gym is not evelabal hear

We started as a family at this hotel for 3 nights. A good experience, right from check-in to our stay. We had opted for both breakfast and dinner and we were very comfortable with our decision. Mr. Sonu Thakur at the Illusion restaurant was a great host

Stayed in the hotel for two nights for a purely leisure visit. Pros: 1. Location and view from the deluxe room is awesome. Panaromic view of the entire mountain range. Heavenly feeling to watch the mountains from the hotel. 2. The restaurant, Bridge prepares exceptionally delicious meals. From continental to oriental and Indian, the preparation were too good. 3. The deck is just beyond words, breathtaking. 4. Aesthetics and cleanliness of the hotel reception area, common space is very nice. 5. Staff is very courteous and kind. Extremely warm and receptive. Cons: 1. Deluxe rooms feel a bit small. Rooms are not anything fancy but compared to the price it may feel cramped for a longer stay. 2.The bath linens were smelly, old. Need immediate attention. The washrooms need more exhaust air. 3. Compared to any modern hotels no yellow light ambience inside the room. Feels dull in all white light. 4. Breakfast menu is quite limited. At this price I personally expected a better spread of items. 5. The bed was too soft and spring like. To sum, it's a fantastic hotel for a short stay but with the price the above cons needs to be addressed for a value of money.

perfect place to relax ... beautiful and big terrace with mountain view ,can sit and relax for hrs....delicious food from restaurant . This is my third visit and recommend every nature lover to visit this hotel. Rooms with balcony have pine trees view....
