Slipper is reused, it was packed and we noticed that there is hair inside slipper bag.

The balcony should have a small table and chair to enjoy the view !

My favourite hotel whenever I go Dalat! Very close to the night market, lake garden. Many eateries like cafe, hot pot are just outside of the hotel. Big room but they don't have aircon in the room and it could be hot during day time I. The month of March to Aug.

달랏여행을 가서 2박하였는데, 전반적으로 조식도 맛있고, 직원도 친절하였습니다. 다만 호텔이 오래되서 호텔방의 상태는 별로 안좋습니다. (특히 침대)

基本符合預期

We were disappointed with our stay in this hotel compared to other 4 star hotels in VN. We had a deluxe room on the 2nd floor. The room was in the back of the hotel, so quieter than the lake facing rooms. However, our view was so subpar that there was no reason to keep the doors to the balcony open. The hotel is quite large and well located next to the night market, however, it was virtually empty while we were there, and so we were surprised that service was just so-so. Their English isn't great The breakfast was also quite average. The coffee was undrinkable! For Westerners, the coffee in the pots needs to be heavily diluted before drinking. I love coffee, but I drank tea! The rooms are fine . Clean and the bed comfortable. There is no AC, but a fan ( and heater) are provided. The hotel is old and not updated. I think its location may be its best feature, but we walked 20 minutes to find restaurants we liked. We did enjoy a Halal restaurant ( Sarah's) which was nearby .

We stayed at NgocLan Hotel since the first time April 1998 until last March 2024 for at least 7-8 times When we checked out after 3 days, a staff member went to our car making us pay for their hotel slippers, it was not much but it was rude and ridiculous. Wondering the next travelers are wearing used slippers? Then just learned about escargot in salad dish, rotten food We booked a suite and a room at another new hotel for December 2024 Thank you but no more TTC NL in DaLat

First time ever, requested for a late check out of 1hour right after checking in( which means 13:00) and the FO told me that they will give an extra charge of 50% of room price. Of course I said no. Also asked for an extra key, or at least a temporary card for the electrical matter and they said no, which surprised me. Never have I see a service which was so lack of delicacy like this. Everything else was ok including room.

We always stayed at TTC NgocLan since our first trip coming back to DaLat in 1998 and again we already book for our next stay in spring 2024 We were traveling with friends so each time we stayed at TTC NgocLan we had good times and memories too We enjoyed the most beautiful view eating breakfast upstairs where we took lot of pictures of sunrise over the lake with great compliments from everyone
