Shout out to the manager Adham. Our car broke down on the way from Sharm to Dahab in the evening. While we were trying to arrange a new driver, I contacted the hotel for a late check in, and dinner. Adham asked us don’t worry about the dinner, he will arrange a room service if arriving late. What impressed me so much that he cared so much about our safety. He added my what’s up, and track us all the way until we arrived the hotel, he told us to contact him anytime if need help on road. Arrived the hotel 15 min before the dinner finishes, Adham sent us to the restaurant straight away before the check in because we told him we were hungry. After we check in into the room, he sent us robe and slippers to calm us down from the hassles of the day. All other staff members are also very polite and friendly. Smiles all time. His profession and caring are so precious. We are very gratefull of this experience in Swiss Inn Dahab! Thank you
