The staff here are amazing, they make you feel welcome and comfortable. From Roselyn with the welcoming smile she will sort out your booking in no time. Ida with the warm tasty breakfast, even on days when you do not feel like eating, her food display makes you hungry. Chantel she will chat away your stress absolutely amazing. Bilal is the tech whizz, he will keep you connected to your loved ones by helping you sort out your WiFi connection glitches. Angela will ensure your room is smelling and looking clean and her timing is always spot on. Temi is so warm and she will ensure your have an amazing stay by checking you have everything you need, when you need it. Thank you all (Chamilda, Fabiola, Bukurie, Kayla, Cheyian, Kacey, Christo).

I visited this Travelodge branch today and it was lovely with great service from bukurie and fabiola who were very friendly and nice. The rooms were also very comfortable and nice. I would recommend this hotel to everyone if they are nearby.

Our accessible room was changed without any prior information and our luggage was packed without our consent. Our food was thrown out as well. Nobody bothered to call us and the worst part is nobody compensated us with anything to have our opinion changed. Even intimating several times about my colleague limitation of sleeping on a higher bed because of his back bone, nobody changed our room. We had to order the food from outside on all 5 days that increased our overall cost.

Second time in three months I've stayed here and once again I've no complaints! The rooms are impeccable with everything you need. Ryan the chefs food was perfect every day served with a smile a manners by the bucket load. And Chantel on bar and restaurant was very welcoming, helpful and efficient

No heating or space heaters provided in the room , the temperature outside of the hotel is just aboe freezing, someone has left the window open , the air conditioning is not working yet at reception there is a sign saying every room has a space heater , obviously this is not the case as mine and my colleague who is in a different room have not been provided one , when at reception I asked for a heater the reply was that they didn't have any for a certain amount of rooms , this is just not acceptable in this weather ,

I have stayed in this TL a number of times over the years. And I’m sorry to say it has become a transit zone for immigrants who think they’re deserve a free ride from a once great country. I quote “ I deserve a house the .council put me in here for free with my family until I get a house” these people don’t work most can’t speak English.. This isn’t a one off ,the hotel has some genuine residences who have had some bad times people who have worked hard and paid into the system not free loaders. I work seven days a week employ hardworking people who work to support their families and it sickens me to see this scrounges who think they there deserve free handouts whilst genuine people who where born here struggle. It’s nothing but an absolute disgrace. And in the morning’s when I see ,the hardworking staff spoken to and treated like rubbish whilst these free loaders eat their free breakfast sickens me . This once good TL is being dragged down into the gutter by these people (80% who don’t even speak English) is a tragedy and absolute disgrace. This will be the last block booking I will be making here I don’t think my stomach can take it anymore.
